Consult to physiotherapy Dr. And tk treatment. Stretching exercises and strength exercises. Posture correction must. Avoid toward bending lifting weights and overstrain activity.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You sustained this injury to your left shoulder while doing bench press exercise. It could be just a soft tissue injury but it has to be carefully evaluated and managed. As a general management way, if you have only mild shoulder pain with no associated swelling or any instability, then you should start with activity modification, gentle anti inflammatory medications, physical therapy and wait till your pain and associated symptoms subside. Subsequently start gradually with proper pre activity warmup and a slow increments in physical activity everyday as per pain tolerance. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello do cold fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. Avoid using computer, take rest for 5 min after working for 1 hour. You can use thin pillow while sleeping. In pain free range do neck exercises. Maintain proper body posture while watching tv/studying. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.

You are most likely suffering from myofascial pains involving neck and shoulder muscles. You should consult a pain specialist and get intramuscular stimulation done. This therapy is safe and effective to relieve muscle spasm and stress. Meanwhile observe these tips to get relief: 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for 5 days 2. Apply warm fomentation over affected areas. 3. Do neck and shoulder exercises once pain is relieved. Consult again for further queries.

Dear friend, it's good that you want to do something for fitness, but alas, This is very wrong approach towards fitness. You have to be fit to play any game. You can't become fit by playing game. It increases chances of injury. We call people like you - weekend warriors. You have highest chances of sports injuries. Instead of weekend bonanza, you should spare some time regularly. Even 20 minutes daily or alternate day will be sufficient!

My mother is suffering from spendolitis. She is in her 60 years of age. She suffers with lot of pain around shoulder part and later it get spread all over in her body. She also feels burning sensation in veins. During night, while sleeping this problem gets more serious. Please, we need suggestion to get rid of this problem completely. Got your pain, good you shared well about pain, what about other co morbid conditions like diabetes n bp, heart issues, any way authentic ayurveda offers great level of pain relief n endurance, monsoon is the season when these vat disorders get aggravated, ask your mom to have 5-10 ml of almond/badam oil with milk in early morn n before bed for 3 days n revert me. Trust in ayurveda means trusting self!

Joint & back pain 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

There is no harm if u get an expert in KNEE replacement therapy plus lot of money ,,,....it is result of 10 yrs treating in an aware way ....rather even now if right oil massage /plus right supplements from some honest company are taken ....u will be able to mange
