I am suffering from acidity .how can I overcome from it and what are the causes of it?
hello there..hyperacidity can be avoided by changing some routine stuff.like, avoid going for sleep immediately after dinner.(there should be minimum 3 hr gap in between dinner and sleep)..avoid spicy food, alcohol, caffeine, citrus fruits (like sour orange)...drink plenty of water. avoid stress. lack of sleep can be cause for acidity. there are some best remedies for hyperacidity in homeopathy..for consultation massage back. take care.

I found that oil is coming out of my butt while farting and I am a vegetarian so why it's happening?

It must be mucus. Mucus is normally present in our colon. But sometimes there is excess of mucus formation. There are many reasons for it. One of the reasons is dietary. Avoid spicy, fried and junk food. Take plenty of water and fruits daily. Add some fibre like isafgole to your diet. I hope it should work for you. Thanks.

Merc. Cor is good remedy for your c/o. But is it on your own are with any expert's advise? if its your own, better to see a consultant. If already you r under a doctor's supervision, give the followup well, so he could decide further.

These are signs of indigestion as packed foods like processed cheese put more strain on system, food pipe, liver to produce enzymes to digest food. Remove it from your list if you can, eat soft digestible proteins only as with age our food pipe also gets weak. Get a routine check for heart- ecg, halter, blood for sugar, lipids & cbc. Get back here with reports to get more guidance.

Drinking plenty of water is good but vomiting it out is not good he should sip small quantities of water and let it absorb, not vomit out for acidity he can take any antacid, avoid tea, coffee, oily and spicy food.
