A therapeutic diet in itself can solve many of your problems. Dietary therapy prescribed by a registered dietitian is needed. You need to provide me daily food intake example. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients achieve their optimum weight goals and help in several diseases. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals and help heal many of your lifestyle diseases. Check my tips on lybrate to see more details on healthy diet for your problems. Reply back for private consultation.

Hi doctor every month I face bowel problems especially loose motion it occurs often. Give some tips for ibs & ulcerative colitis patients. What diet pattern they have to follow.

M. sc Psychology, BHMS
Homeopath, Hyderabad
For ibs, there are good homeopathic remedies +that will help u, but according to symptoms only. But regarding diet wise, you should always prefer the bland diet, n hav to avoid the items which will aggravate your c/o. Though it is your favourite dish. Take plenty of water. Minimum 3-4 litres/day. Daily taking soaked fenugreek seeds [minimum 8-10] in morning, with empty stomach will help to reduce the problem to some extent. Take fruits, juices, vegetables, its always better to avoid spicy, oily, outside, fast food in general also, but more for the people like u.

I would advice you to see a general surgeon to consider removal of gall bladder. Also get a usg pelvis done to rule out any pathology in the uterus and ovaries.

Fatty liver may cause enlargement of the liver, also result in symptoms such as fever, confusion and jaundice, or yellowing of the skin. Adopt a diet consisting of about 75 percent organic raw fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. Adopt a diet consisting of about 75 percent organic raw fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. Prescription for nutritional healing, raw, organic plant foods introduce fewer toxins into the body than cooked foods. This may reduce the workload on the liver, allowing it to clear out fatty deposits and regenerate healthy cells. Add turmeric to soups, curries. Turmeric, this spice contains a chemical, called curcumin, that may help protect the liver against damage caused by accumulated fats. It may also aid in the regeneration of liver cells and the removal of fats. The healing herbs, anise seeds may stimulate the regeneration of healthy liver cells, allowing the liver to flush out excess fats. Add beans and legumes, such as chickpeas, kidney beans, soybeans and peas, to your diet. Dear user with the limited amount of information provided this appears to be the signs of indigestion. It is advisable if you can have a glass of milk before sleep as that will help in giving you fats, carbohydrates and satiety. Hope this helps. Revert if there is any other query.
