Penile Implants - 2 Main Types

Penile implants are devices placed inside the penis to help men with erectile dysfunction get an erection. The two main types of penile implants are semi-rigid and inflatable.

They have their own ways of working and own pros and cons.

1. Semi-rigid implants: These devices are always firm, resulting in the penis being bent away from the body for sexual activity and towards the body for concealment. The pros of 'semi-rigid implants' are:

  • Is easy to surgically implant
  • Has a low chance of malfunctioning

2. Inflatable implants: These are the most common types of implants used, which can be inflated for erection, and deflated at other times. Inflatable implants are usually of two types- 'three-piece inflatable implants' and 'two-piece inflatable implants'.

The pros of 'three-piece inflatable implants' are:

  • Gives the most natural, firm erections
  • Provides flaccidity when deflated

The pros of 'two-piece inflatable implants' are:

  • Provides flaccidity when deflated
  • Requires less complicated surgery than the 'three-piece'.

What are the risks involved?

  1. Implant problems: In rare cases, implants may not work properly. In some semi-rigid devices, the internal parts might break over time; in inflatable devices, the pump might fail and fluid might leak.
  2. Internal erosion: In a few cases, the implant might stick to the skin of your penis, or can wear away the skin from inside the penis.
  3. Infection: You might be at the risks of severe infection if you have spinal cord injury or diabetes. Men who need revision surgery of their implants are at a higher risk than their first surgery. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Hi, If you have a history of unprotected sex, then do an urine examination to rule out pregnancy. If not, then do an U/S scan of the pelvis to rule out PCOD and revert back with the reports.

exercise properly eat more proteins and less carbs and fats with more salads and fruits cycling will help you no jogging, only simple walks massage with the help of machines available in market/online or through a proper woman if you are lucky there are no shortcuts it will take time @ 2-3 months do not give up on exercise,yoga and stretching plus proper dieting

Lumps in Your Body? Know When Should You Visit Your Doctor

Lumps are usually harmless and do not raise serious concerns. However, if the lump persists for more than two weeks, it may be a serious issue. Lumps are categorized based on their place of occurrence and each of them demand separate treatment. Learn the signs of danger related to lumps and take action accordingly.

Reason behind formation of Lumps
Injury is one of the major causes behind lumps. If the lump is painful, one must consult a doctor immediately. There can be various other causes behind lumps, which depend upon its place of occurrence.

  1. Epidermoid and pilar cysts (sebaceous cysts) appear as small smooth lumps under the surface of one’s skin. Such cysts are non-cancerous, hence, can be treated easily.
  2. Swollen lymph glands generally occur in neck or in groin or under the armpit. Usually, any infection results in swollen lymph glands. However, in certain cases it may be caused by cancer.
  3. Skin abscess is a term given to collection of pus. e.g. boils. Symptoms of skin abscess consist of redness and swelling.
  4. Style or Chalazion causes swelling on the eyelids.
  5. Lump in the salivary glands happens due to mumps
  6. Swelling in the thyroid glands may cause lump in the neck region. This lump may encompass the entire third gland or a part of it.
  7. Breast lumps occur in both men and women. Generally, they do not indicate breast cancer. Any abnormal swelling in the breast must be immediately shown to the doctor.
  8. Hernia or enlarged lymph gland may result in a lump in the groin.
  9. If a person experiences swelling in the scrotum, he must immediately consult a doctor.
  10. Lump in the anus can be caused due to piles. The small vessels engulfing the anus may get swelled piling up more blood than usual. Other than a pile, abscess could also be the reason behind lump.
  11. Lump on the hand, wrist, finger may occur due to ganglion. Such cysts may develop around joints or tendons.

Signs which indicate you must get your lump checked by a doctor

  1. If the lump gets hard or firm
  2. If the lump gets sore
  3. If the lump gets enlarged
  4. If the lump doesn’t vanish within few days
  5. If your body temperature rises more than normal
  6. If you experience abnormal loss in weight
  7. If you experience any such abnormalities
  8. If the lump reappears post removal

If any of the above sign occurs, it is better to consult a doctor and get your lump checked. In most cases, lumps are harmless and non-cancerous. But it is better to take precaution.

Exercising on a regular basis offers a number of benefits, it not just keeps you fit, but also helps you in leading a stress free life. If toning, losing body fat, keeping fit and maintaining good self-esteem are not good reasons enough, then add your sex life to the list of motivators for doing regular exercise.

  1. Flexibility Leads to More Options: Since the main areas of the body used for sex are the shoulders, hips and entire back, it makes complete sense to have a flexible body. If these areas are tight, sex will not be comfortable and one will be a little limited in the positions.

  5. Strengthens the Cardiovascular System: Aerobic exercise increases circulation, can reduce stress, reinvigorates the body, and can fill us with renewed energy for the bedroom. It improves blood circulation which leaves one more primed for sexual activity.

Specific type of exercises can improve one's strength, flexibility and stamina in bed. Kegel or Pelvic floor exercises are done to strengthen the muscle, which contracts during orgasm. Women who strengthen the pelvic area by doing pelvic floor exercises report more consistent orgasms and for men it can lead to stronger and more long-lasting erections. A couple of good exercises like abdominal crunches and alternate arm leg raises strengthen abdomen, pelvis, middle and lower back. Alternate raising of arm and leg raise after bending on all fours facing down with knees bent are good for your abdomen and shoulders. Any sexual position where you have to support yourself using your arms requires strength in your upper body. Key exercises to help strengthen are push ups, which work the chest and triceps, or using free weights to do various upper body sets, such as biceps curls, triceps push backs, and shoulder press.

Keeping fit and healthy improves one's confidence, sexiness, desire, and the performance in the bedroom is great. Wanting to have sex and being able to satisfy one's partner then leads to other benefits, such as positive emotional connection,higher self-esteem and therefore relationship well-being.

Hi best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Get plenty of water, green vegetables and protein rich diet. Avoid fast food, caffeine, alcohol and smoking. Rest whatever you wish and feel comfortable.

Nuts were rediculed till a few years back by the diet-conscious population because they are high in fats. However, now they are being embraced by the very same people because of their heart healthy, anti diabetes and weight loss properties.

Recent research has transformed mindsets. Extensive studies published in reputed journals prove that nuts not only promote heart health and fight diabetes, but they also aid in weight-loss. Nuts are nutritional nuggets containing phytochemicals and unsaturated fats, which are a type of fat that promotes heart-health. They also contain high levels of Vitamin E, folic acid, magnesium, copper and antioxidants.

Nuts are some of the most filling food items available in your kitchen cabinets. The high fibre and protein in nuts makes you feel full faster. Low glycemic index food products also provide long-term energy and decrease cravings.

Nuts contain calories, but these calories come along with awesome health benefits. Since, one ounce of nuts contains 160- 200 calories, it’s important to remember not to binge on other fatty foods like ghee along with nuts. Balance is important while having these nutrient-dense foods. If you don’t do this, you will end up putting on weight instead of losing it.

Apart from portion control, nutritionists suggest that you do the following:

  1. Eat nuts along with other food items, like mix and match nuts with fruits, sprinkle nuts on soups, cheese or breads and eat them with salads.
  2. Eat small portions and avoid eating handful of nuts at a go.
  3. The nuts that are really good are walnuts, almonds, Macadamia nuts, pecans and cashews. So try to include more of these. Also, if you are allergic to peanuts, stay away from them.

It is the plant which belongs to nightshade family and is mostly found in North and South America. The dried leaves of this plant are smoked in cigars, pipes and in cigarettes. The leaves are also chewed by many people across the world or inhaled through the nose. It contains a special type of addictive chemical known by the name of Nicotine. Because of this chemical, most of the people find it difficult to leave this product. This plant due to the chemical Nicotine is not good for the health and consumers face many ill effects after consuming this product.

Tobacco is not good for the body as the leaves affect many body organs namely

  1. Brain: 
    1. Special chemical found in tobacco makes you addictive. It directly enters into the brain.
    2. It will make you anxious and depressed after smoking.

    1. Smoking of tobacco creates breathing problems by affecting the lungs directly.

My wife had a miscarriage on 24th june, she was 6 weeks pregnant, its 10th day and she is still bleeding, sometimes she has cramps and pain in lower abdomen, sometimes bleeding stops for few hours and then again starts with cramps.
