I am facing problem. Breathing from last few days and am having chest pain sometimes .Sometimes I feel like am unable to breath and face anxiety as well, actually feel depressed sometimes, I am facing Hypertension problem and taking homeopathic medicine for high bp .i feel stressed due to suffocation and cant get my ans .consulted various doctors. I take a lot of tension. Pls tell me my disease as I dnt get any answer plus tests and my lungs are perfect pls suggest.

Dear Lybrateuser, - For your problems to improve you first have to reduce your weight as it is the main cause of breathing problems & hypertension, this you should do by diet & exercise - monitor your BP at least twice a day, once on getting up in the morning & once in the evening, make a record & see if the medication you are taking is having effect & lowering it - have more of vegetables & fruits in your diet, whole grains & low fat dairy, avoid fried, processed & junk food, aerated drinks, sweets, salty snacks, have yogurt, salad, sprouts, nuts if you feel hungry - do regular exercise like walking for about an hour, do moderate weight lifting on at least two days of the week as it helps boost your metabolism & help reduce weight, also try to include yoga, meditation& deep breathing exercise for 10-15 min in the morning to relax your mind & keep your body fit - keep your self busy in your work, read, listen to music, socialize with friends so that you stop worrying & feel better - keep your sleep & wake up time fixed & try to sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, avoid watching TV, mobile, other gadgets an hour before sleep, a sound & refreshing sleep reduces stress & keeps you alert & active the next day, do not nap for more than half an hour in the afternoon - you have to make an effort & have a strong willpower to change your habits which will keep you healthy & fit.

Tanning usually happens in Summer, But now a days, because of Global warming, even in other seasons also, many people r getting this problem.This sun burn, Tanning is more common in eastern countries than western due to geographical pattern.If we come to Indians,people have more melanonin pigment than western people, thats why the Complexion also. Actually the melanonin pigment is helpful for people from sun heat, where the more melanonin pigment,s secretion leads people to get protected from sun Heat, But people become darker due to the change of complexion.Its for good sake in earlier days, but now a days due to more pollution,various harmful gases leakage from vehicles,factories,deforesting etc all r causing damage to Ozone layer, so that more realses of UV rays, direct exposure from that,{both UVA n UVB]all r causing averse effects on skin like not only tanning, but also Sun burn, rash, pimples, papules, various skin disorders, Even skin cancer also.
thats why, we r in condition to take few precautionary measures from direct exposure to Sun.
avoiding the mid day outing{specially after 11am-3pm when the sun heat is more;covering exposed parts vth masks, scarfs, cloth, using Umbrella,applying herbal sunscreen lotions, washing immediately after coming back to ur home vth mild gentle soap,Applying any face packs like multhani mitti, sandal, tomatoe, pudhina paste vth lemon juice, alovera juice, Keera, etc.
Taking plenty of water also keeps skin healthier.Try to consume more fresh raw vegetables, Fruits r fruit juices.
Avoid stress, late night sleeping.
Homeopathically, medicines like Belladonna, Apis, China, Arsenic alb, Rhus.Tox, cantharis,Tuberculinum, Bacillinum,Glonine, Natrum mur, Sepia, Gelsemium etc all vl help to reduce the tanning , as per indications if were prescribed.

Popularly known as the sunshine vitamin, vitamin D is essential for optimal bone health. Though calcium is the important ingredient of the bones, vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and so contributes to good bone health.

Causes- Vitamin D is naturally formed by the body on exposure to sunlight and is present in dairy products, fish, fish oils, egg yolk, etc. However, use of good sun protection, lactose intolerance, and vegan diet followers can have vitamin D deficiency.

Symptoms- While bones are primarily affected due to vitamin D deficiency, there are other symptoms indicative of vitamin D, as noted below.

  • Constant bone pain, even causing fractures

  • Deformed bone formation in children

  • Muscular weakness

  • Severe asthma in children

  • Increased risk of cardiovascular disease

  • Increases risk for colorectal, prostate, and breast cancer

  • Cognitive impairment

  • Increases autoimmune disorders like inflammatory bowel disease and multiple sclerosis

  • Increased infections including flu

  • Reduces ability of DNA for repair

  • Improves overall metabolic processes

  • Produces insulin resistance, thereby affecting sugar processing

Vitamin D plays an important role and a healthy individual would have about 20 to 50 nanograms per millilitre of blood. As noted above, it is naturally formed by the body when exposed to the sun. However, those are not exposed to the sun too much, are obese, or are lactose intolerant, may have problems making sufficient vitamin D and may be deficient.

Management- There are two key components to management of this condition – prevention and treatment.

Prevention requires that you get adequate sun exposure so that the body is able to make the required amounts of vitamin D. About 15 minutes of sun exposure per day is recommended. If the weather does not allow for adequate sun exposure, make sure your diet contains foods with vitamin D in them. Eat grains and dairy products that are fortified with vitamin D. Foods such as fish, fish oils and egg yolk are also rich in vitamin D.

While sun and diet are usually sufficient to prevent vitamin D deficiency, there are increasingly more people with a deficiency of this essential vitamin. This is due to increased practices of vegan diet, sun protection, lactose intolerance, and of course obesity.

For those who end up with vitamin D deficiency, supplementation is the most viable solution. A word of caution though when taking supplements. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and can accumulate in the body. Higher levels can cause heart and kidney damage and therefore are not healthy for the body.

With some cautious measures, getting sufficient sun exposure and some food modifications should help in preventing vitamin D deficiency.

Hi, You seems to be suffering from nightfall. Your body is doing what it was made to do. Wet dreams are nothing to feel guilty about, so don't beat yourself up over something that's a perfectly normal function of your body. Avoid / reduce intake of non veg food. Exercise = yoga is reccomended for you, atleast do suryanamaskar. Start ayurvedic medicines & therapy like basti & raktamokshan.

You are having premature ejaculation. It may be due to 1.Anxiety, depression 2.Fatigue, stress 3.Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 4.consumption of alcohol, tobacco etc 5You can take the following measures a) Avoid stress, anxiety, depression b) Avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption c) Go for regular exercise d) lead a healthy living style e) Practice relaxation Technique by deep breathing exercise (take deep full breath for 5 seconds, hold it for 3 seconds, exhale slowly for 5 seconds). Do it for 5 minutes without breaking the rhythm. It controls arousals and tension that lead to early ejaculation. Hi, I had a sex with a girl 8-8.5 years ago and right now I am 33 years old and happily married. I had a 4.5 year old son. I was remembering something and suddenly this thing comes to my mind that I had a paid sex 8 years back. Dear lybrate-user you are loosing protiens during masturbation, it is a mandatory requirement to overflow when tha testicles tank is full, when you get the maximum urge to masturbate you can do it one should not. Lead to addictions of masturbation, then it will lead to maximum problems in the long run.

A Night fall / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination.
