I am having urgency in passing motion for last three years. But still I can't evacuate completely. I need to go to toilet three or four times a day. If I go for three or four times I feel like going to toilet throughout the day. I feel like going to toilet immediately after eating.

Hi, contrary to general belief, masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone.

There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. If your pain is occurring once in a year and not regular then such types of pain could be amoebic infection, worm infestation or premenstrual cramps. If pain is occurring frequently then get ultrasound abdomen done.

It is not enough to quit smoking, which is in itself an excellent thing, but now you must do something to return your ravaged body, mind, and brain back to a healthy state. Depending on when you quit and how much you have smoked, it will take time for your health to revert to old times. To hasten it you must do some effective things immediately. The breathing problem probably indicates that you have already damaged your lungs from years of smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis Consult physician for further management

Hi, I am suffering with fever from 15 days now, have gone through blood tests urine tests and in reports my tlc was 25000 which is now 13000, I was admitted in the hospital for 5 days, having continuous fever and nausea, they also did my ultrasound, ct scan, x ray and all the reports were normal but m still getting fever twice-thrice a day above 101 every time. Pls suggest what can be the problem as my fever is not getting away after so many tests also. Please help. Thanks.

Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. Hi lybrate-user. Masturbation is normal and it does not cause ed. Teenagers who have just begun having erections have the most spontaneous erections and they also can have another erection immediately after a discharge of semen. This gap between two erections is called" refractory period" and this increases as age increases, and experience of sex increases. At masturbation though you are not having" sex with a partner" still the body perceives it as an act of sex, and hence the penis gets accustomed to your touch and feel. Excessive masturbation does not make anyone impotent. Sperms are being produced daily in a man's body. Masturbation is just a natural way to discharge the sperms, at arousal. Even animals are known to masturbate. So its very natural thing to do. As one keeps on mastruabting over years, the novelty of the masturbation and feelings is reduced, hence it does not cause instantaneous hard erection. But that does not mean it is a problem. Erection of every man goes on reducing as age advances. One does not need a rock hard erection to have sex. A firm erection is enough to have sex. So do not worry. May be when you will be with a real partner, your erection will be better. The gap between the erections can not be reduced as it is a naturally occurring thing. Learn to use your masturbation to prolong your ejaculation time. At masturbation, men can identify that point of time when even stoppage of the masturbation will not be able to prevent an ejaculation and he will release semen. This is the point of no return. If at masturbation, you squeeze the penis head between the tumb and finger, just before the" point of no return" then you will find that this squeeze of a minute or two willl prevent ejaculation. Your erection may be reduced a bit, but you can make it hard again and mastrubate again till that squeeze point and repeat that squeeze. At masturbation, use lubrication, and try this again and again till you can maintain your erection without ejaculation for a good 15 minutes. If you can do this you would have mastered the art of ejaculation control. You can use this technique to last longer and prevent early discharge, at masturbation or even when with partner. There is no need to take medicines for everything.

It is more of neurological and pathological cause for headache and degenerative changes in joint pathological cause or of mechanical injuries were main causes for joint pain commonly do avoid stress smoke and anxiety follow breathing exercise whole body stretches regularly to at least 15 minutes per day and timely food with balanced diets best wishes.

Once or twice a week of masturbation is normal. Excessive doing it will cause health hazards. Don't believe the myths about the harms of masturbation. If you want to stop your masturbation addiction, then you should do it for reasons that are personal and moral, not for reasons that are health-related. The only real health problem that can be caused is pain and rawness from chronic masturbation, but that can go away if you stop touching yourself so frequently. Here are some things that masturbation will not do to your body: • Masturbation will not cause infertility, premature ejaculation, or impotence. • Masturbation will not cause insanity. • Masturbation will not cause blindness, or even eye floaters. • Masturbation will not cause frequent urination. • Masturbation does not affect facial hair, growth, facial features, kidneys, testicles,or skin problems, or cause any major physical issues! Masturbation is normal but not the addiction to it. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it.
