Hi, nothing is to b panic. You r 30 at present, you must think to b pregnant, now. Homoeo care: tk both of you sulphur 30- 5 drps in d morning, once a wk./ 4 doses i. E for a month. Only. He, should tk acid phos 200--5drops daly for 15 days, your partner should take: apple, mango, almond, carrot, milk along wth d regular diet. If possible he shoild go for a walk in the morning. Report after 15 days. Tk care.

If you think your diet is not the reason for weight gain, get a thyroid test done. To loose weight, 1. Watch your diet. Eat healthy vegetables, fruits, boiled/raw or baked. Reduce the portion of your daily meal by 25% and later, by 50%. Drink warm water preferably with lemon, 3-4 times a day, specially in the morning. Don't leave butter and sugar entirely, take in very little quantity. 2. Work out. Do some activity, whatever you like better. Or just start and you will enjoy loosing weight. Join yoga or dance class, or simply go to the gym and run for some time. Only work out is not enough, you need to control diet as well, but do it smartly, as per your body's needs.

There are several causes of tooth discoloration, including: Foods/drinks. Coffee, tea, colas, wines, and certain fruits and vegetables (for example, apples and potatoes) can stain your teeth. Tobacco use. Smoking or chewing tobacco can stain teeth. Poor dental hygiene. Inadequate brushing and flossing.... here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. Your weight seems to be the problem. Knee cracking indicates some form of meniscus damage. A further diagnosis cannot be made confidently without a detailed examination. In either case, please avoid twisting the knee & climbing stairs until you are diagnosed. Regards.

Start taking black til (Seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e.g. Pulses, Dry fruits, Black gram, Ground nut etc. also oil ur hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as Ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with Shirodhara with herbal oil and Nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Because of family problems. You are affected with depressive thoughts. You need rest. You are frustrating internally. It is called post trauma stress. You need friendly support that may not available in home always worrying about family matters. Better to take the help of your parents and relatives. Express your internal problems with them. Do not be alone. Everyone have problems. You are repeatedly thinking alone it may cause depressiveness. Because depressive thoughts your mood also swings time to time. Please do not sit alone. Share the problems with others. Take good food. Take rest most of the time. Do not think too much about your husband. I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Even after brushing some deposits remain over teeth surface . these deposits causes fowl smell and make teeth looks yellow. get your teeth cleaned professionally by scaling and polishing. if not satisfied with the results go for bleaching. maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and use mouthwash regularly. get dental check up done every 6 months

Hi I am 36 yrs old, working hotel industry mostly I am doing only night shift so, I had some problem my health (normally 6 moths back evacuation of bowels twice or thrice per day) but at present only one time per day we can done the process daily, and I taking greens, fiber fruits, fiber veg. Etc. But I had some problem let me find out any medicine or your suggestion.

At times too much fiber in the diet can lead to constipation. Along with fiber you need to take good amount of fluids. Also adding too much fiber from other sources than your food is not needed as our traditional diet is pretty much a good source of fiber. Also change in place causes this problem. So, try to manage a diet you are used to and give yourself some time. Your present once a day is not abnormal. Just different from before.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results.

Mr Barun Kumar, Please tell me are you on any anti diabetic drugs, if yes what are those and their dosage? The ayurvedic product mentioned is supposed to be for helping liver activity. It has no relation to diabetes control or insulin activity. If you no liver related issues then you may stop that. But it is important to take proper medications for controlling blood sugar.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.
