Warm saline gargle three to four times a day. If not subsiding then proper antibiotic need to be started.

Need to check if tonsils r enlarged. If enlarged and frequent infections then tonsillectomy is indicated.

Take steam inhalation regularly. Put nasoclear nasal drops 3 drops five times daily in each nostrils.
