Hello Abhijeet, Depending upon the severity of tear, you will have to give rest to your foot for minimum a month to maximum three months.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Most common cause is due to it faulty posture. Improve your posture sir with straight back use lumbar supports. And avoid doing any activity whether in sitting or standing for a long duration give rest to your spine in between. And learn back strengthening exercises. For acute pain apply hot water packs thrice daily. .hope this sort your query for further assistance can contact anytime.

1. In arthritis type of exercise you do will suggest the final outcome. I think if you are talking about knee osteoarthritis then Quadriceps and hamstring strengthening exercises will help with avoiding to squat or sit cross legged. 2. Arthritis once developed cannot be reversed it can only be prevented to get worse over a period of time with exercises as mentioned above 3. Depending upon which arthritis, if it's rheumatoid arthritis then you start your medication and be always in contact with your rheumatoid specialist and follow his instructions as there may be periods of waxing and waning in this disease.

I got injury few year back . I did x-ray n consult doctor which they told me fine .nothing is wrong .but sometime I got pain at left lower scapula part which feeling like someone is pressing me ,leading me to breathing difficulty. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hi you can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint. Meanwhile apply cold pack for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. Do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan wishing you a good health.
