Take 1 cup of horse gram + Add ½ L water + Heat the mixture till water level reduces to 1/5th + Strain and collect the soup + add 2 tsp of crushed pomegranate + Mix well + Drink once a day. Take shool gaj kesari ras twice a day. Take gokshuradi guggul & punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 tab twice a day. Pranacharya U through capsule and syrup twice a day. Drink lots of water. Avoid spinach. Tea and coffee. Tomato.lady finger etc.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

You could use a mid shampoo and a good conditioner even on daily basis, but usually for kost people twice a week is enough. Its fine to apply bland oil after bath to mmoisturize the skin.

Its just behavioural. Stop giving him bottle milk and don't even let him see a bottle. Gradually he will start eating.

Dear Many people take body building or muscle mass building supplements these days to have an attractive physique in a short span of time. Testosterone, creatine, andro hormone supplements, glutamine supplements, fat burners are some of the popular bodybuilding supplements. Boosting the testosterone levels causes serious side effects like hair loss, breast enlargement in males (gynecomastia), prostate enlargement, acne, testicular atrophy and increased estrogen levels. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Stress in mechanics is a load, pull or force or a system of forces producing a strain. In life, any event or situation that produces a strain therefore induces a physiological strain.

At work place, a system of forces work to produce desired results which more often than not produce a state of strain or makes an individual's life stressful. But the consequences of chronic stress are not just on individual health and well being but on the organizations as well. This affects the productivity and competitiveness. When an organisation faces a challenge, the flight or fright reaction ensues leading to increased threat perception, alertness and activity. In short term, it can improve productivity, but in case a state of threat is perpetually present like in case of a team led by an anxious or high strung individual, it produces chronic stress leading to lowering of performance. Hello, you can take upma, poha, sprouts, oats with skim milk, fruit salad ,raw fruits like Apple, Orange, papaya, pomegranates, guava, pears. Avoid these fruits like custard Apple, banana, mango, grapes. You can intake limited value of rice and potatoe (only twice a week).

Hello. I am a 39 yrs male. The skin in the middle upper/outer part on my left thumb has darkened since a month (area of around 1 inch). Often, it itches and becomes reddish black. At that time it seems as something is going on below the skin too! After a day or two the itching and other issues subside and the skin remains blackish. This keeps on continuing. Since some days skin is being shed from the region in small white patches. I consulted a general physician and he said its due to allergy. But I had no recent change in food habit or anything that might have triggered an allergic reaction. Whats this problem? What should I do?

Hello, allergy can be due to direct contact with any allergen like detergent/ any chemical/ juices from the onion & garlic, acidic things, harsh soap, etc. Avoid any kind of friction/ rubbing of the are. Avoid using harsh soap/ detergent. Keep the area moisturized. Use gloves while washing clothes/ utensils, etc. Medication: apply schwabe's topi - azadirachta and use aloe vera cream to supple the skin. Take oral medicine - kali sulph. 6x and sulphur 30/ thrice a day for 10 days. Revert me back.
