Hello,Make your Own Stretch Marks Removing Lotion:-For this, mix ¼ cup aloe vera gel and ½ cup extra virgin oil. Break open 6 Vitamin E capsules and 3-4 Vitamin A capsules and add the liquid to the oil and gel mixture. Mix all the ingredients and store it in a bottle. This is your natural lotion to remove stretch marks. Keep this bottle in the refrigerator. Apply daily on the stretch marks. Shake the bottle before use. ***Take Schwabe's Silicea Pentarken, 2 tabs ,twice daily for 1 month.**

Hi, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style, - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life. *go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Telogen effluvium is common after delivery. Donot worry. Start taking any multi vitamin tablets for 2-3 months.

Even if you are able to shed 20-25 kgs weight, you will be perfect. Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45-60 min brisk walk / exercise / gymming .Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only. Avoid simple sugars as far as possible. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables)which are not processed. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Hi sir/madam my mother has sciatica pain from last 5 years please tell me any medicine or treatment for this pain.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. •Standing hamstring stretch: Place the heel of your injured leg on a stool about 15 inches high. Keep your knee straight. Lean forward, bending at the hips until you feel a mild stretch in the back of your thigh. Make sure you do not roll your shoulders and bend at the waist when doing this or you will stretch your lower back instead of your leg. Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. •Cat and camel: Get down on your hands and knees. Let your stomach sag, allowing your back to curve downward. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Then arch your back and hold for 5 seconds. Do 3 sets of 10. •Quadruped arm/leg raise: Get down on your hands and knees. Tighten your abdominal muscles to stiffen your spine. While keeping your abdominals tight, raise one arm and the opposite leg away from you. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Lower your arm and leg slowly and alternate sides. Do this 10 times on each side. •Pelvic tilt: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your abdominal muscles and push your lower back into the floor. Hold this position for 5 seconds, then relax. Do 3 sets of 10. •Partial curl: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your stomach muscles. Tuck your chin to your chest. With your hands stretched out in front of you, curl your upper body forward until your shoulders clear the floor. Hold this position for 3 seconds. Don't hold your breath. It helps to breathe out as you lift your shoulders up. Relax. Repeat 10 times. Build to 3 sets of 10. To challenge yourself, clasp your hands behind your head and keep your elbows out to the side. •Gluteal stretch: Lying on your back with both knees bent, rest the ankle of one leg over the knee of your other leg. Grasp the thigh of the bottom leg and pull that knee toward your chest. You will feel a stretch along the buttocks and possibly along the outside of your hip on the top leg. Hold this for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. •Extension exercise: Lie face down on the floor for 5 minutes. If this hurts too much, lie face down with a pillow under your stomach. This should relieve your leg or back pain. When you can lie on your stomach for 5 minutes without a pillow, then you can continue with the rest of this exercise.

As per your complain dark circles can occur due to causes like -Excessive stress. -Malnutrition. -Overuse of mobiles and laptops. -Sleep deprivation. -Allergies etc. I would suggest you to first of all reduce stress by doing meditation and breathing exercises. Take sufficient sleep. Avoid excess use of gadgets. You can start applying creams containing Kojic acid and Vitamin E. Grapeseed extract containing creams are helpful. You can also put pieces of cucumber over the closed eyes as it has soothing effects. You can also place grated potato over the eyes. Take multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet. In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can also advised lazer treatment for removing the dark circles.

Hair Transplant Procedures - What To Expect?

Hair Transplant procedures are used to fill in the bald spots by removing tiny strands of hair from the regions which have thick hair growth (also called the donor region) and implanting the hair follicles on the spots that have become bald )also called the recipient region). Now-a-days, hair transplant physicians make the use of various techniques for hair transplantation.

Two such primary methods are FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) and they fundamentally differ in the way your hair follicles are being extracted from the donor region.

  1. Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) - The FUT process requires the removal of tiny strips of tissue from the back of your head; the spot from where the hair follicles of the donor would be extracted. The hair follicles would be collected from the strip by a team of clinical experts before they are individually transplanted to the recipient region. In many cases, especially in cases of advanced hair loss, FUT is the most favored method since it fully utilizes the scalp area to deliver results in consistency with the expectations of the patient. FUT permits a greater number of grafts to be transferred in a single session. But the FUT strip extraction may lead to the formation of narrow linear scars at the back of your head.

  2. Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) - In this kind of hair transplantation, each follicular unit is removed individually from the scalp but no tissue strip is taken off. With no stitches needed and no linear scars at the site, FUE methods make healing faster, thus giving you less discomfort in comparison with the traditional FUT procedure.
