I am 21 years old female. Everyday in night when I am going for get sleep, my right hand and right leg are start paining. It was started about 6/7 month ago. What should I do ?

Advice hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching.

Lybrate-user, with bilirubin 1.7 mg/dl, there is presence of jaundice. It is not such a serious condition. He should continue taking normal food. Since he is also has diabetes, the precautions being taken in diabetes are good enough. He should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, items made out of maida, sweetened aerated drinks (colas), sweet corn syrup containing products, highly processed food products, red meat, high fat containing milk products. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits. Refrain totally from alcohol and smoking. Total diet should provide exact calories needed on the basis of his ideal body weight, exercise done daily and blood sugar levels. Thanks.

For Kidney pain start taking below given homoeopathic medicine in between DIOSCOREA Q ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 10 drops every 1-2 hrly in 10 ml luke warm water depending on severity of pain Start drinking atleast 3-4 bottles of soda water daily. I am 23 year old and my hair is almost loss from frontal and occipital lobe. So is their any natural way to regained it back? It's a heredity problem as my father has similar problem but my brother who is 10 year older then me has normal hair quantity.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning......

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females, so you do have 3yrs. more to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance.

Hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. From stress anaemia to thyroid we have good treatment in homeopathy without causing any side effects. Homoeo medicines are given internally to restore healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. For further help, consult privately (rs. 100 only) precautions for care of your hair -take nutritious healthy high protin food -have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. -avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. -use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. - hard water is harmful. Boiling and cooling will reduce hardness. - when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. - use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair.

Hello Sakshi Dark circle may be due to... Frequent rubbing under eye Waking late night / Inadequate sleep Lack of nutrition in diet / Anaemia Dehydration Watching Mobile, Laptop / TV of long times Or Hereditary. Treatment would be accordingly. Change your lifestyle Drink plenty of water Add more of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. Sleep adequately 6-8 hrs Apply sunscreen around eyes Put moisturiser daily at night before sleep. To lighten your skin you can use depigmenting (Advan) cream at bed time and sunscreen (Photostable) in morning(8 AM) and afternoon(12 noon). You can also take oral vitamin C tab daily. Take Care

I lost somebody last year so I always in depression so please  give me some tips to come out this problem.
1. Consult a psychiatrist clinically. 2. Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep. Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr. Eat light non spicy n healthy food at short intervals in small amount. 3. Have 1 teaspoonful of licorice root powder with water empty stomach in the morning. This is mentioned as a medhya rasayana in Ayurveda i. E. A mind rejuvenator. 4. Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood.
