* firstly take your meals with proper chewing and do not be hurry in taking meals to avoid acidity after meals. * take less spicy food & avoid chilly in meals. * try to avoid stress. If you feel unable to avoid stress & extra thinking then follow meditation techniques. Sit in a calm & well airy room & do long breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Do it for atleast 3-5 minutes twice a day. You can do anulom - vilom pranayam in the morning. It calm down your mind and lower the gastric irritation. * put 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunff) in a glass of water in night and drink this water in morning everyday to cure gastric problem. * take few leaves of mint (pudina), coriander leaves (dhania), pinch of rock salt & pinch of black pepper. Crush them well and make paste. Take 1 teaspoon this paste (chatni) with meal in morning & evening.

Well its a diffcult question to explain.. to be short -- its acts immediately.. but you need not worry abt it. beacuse the deminerliaztion caused by break down of sugars.. is compensated by re mineraliztion process.. the reason you suffer from dental decay is when your demineralization process dominates the re mineralization process.. to avoid this you must avoid eating a lot of sugar containing and sticky food stuffs. brush twicwe with a correct method and change your tooth brush every 2-3 months

kindly take arogyawardhini vati, 2 tabs twice a day after meals with luke warm water. Take Tab, neo of charaka pharma, 2 tabs twice a day, 1 hr after meals with luke warm milk. do massage of the organ, with mahadhanvantaram oil, daily. continue the regime for 2 months. It will take time, but will bear results for sure. good luck

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

Morning stiffness in back &other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Dear, To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging ,running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter ,cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels.• Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking.• Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP.• Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily .Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes .It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits.• Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day. What is the role of abdomen supporter in gym workout? And if we not use abdomen supporter there is any causes occurs from it?

Hye, thank you for your query. Gym supporter or athletic supporter or jockstrap consists of an elastic waistband with a support pouch for the male genitals and two elastic straps attached to the base of the pouch and to the left and right sides of the waistband at the hip. The biggest benefit of jockstrap is the ability to add a protective cup in the pouch. The purpose of jockstrap is to hold the male genitals in place and suppress excessive motion. A supportive pair of briefs can also serve the same amount of anti-bouncing purpose. A hard blow without a resistive cup can end up in building of excess fluid in scrotum. In gym when you do exercises like overhead triceps extension, one hand triceps extensions, dumbbell press for shoulders, squats for thighs etc, excessive weight around the mid-section can put undue pressure and downward pull on muscles and organs, resulting in congenitally weak spots bearing a tremendous burden, and ultimately leads to hernia. A hernia occurs when an organ or fatty tissue squeezes through a weak spot in a surrounding muscle or connective tissue. In other words hernias result from a weakness in the abdominal wall that develops over time from excessive pressure placed on the particular region.

Dear I don't suggest medicines for cholesterol. This is made in liver as per body needs. Don't disturb natural ways of body. Food doesn't alter blood cholesterol. Now creatinine level. Thus is slightly raised. Drink plenty of water so your urine is water coloured. Do this for 3 days. Repeat creatinine. If normal Be happy. Other wise call me. I will suggest you simple Ayurvedic remedy to correct this.

Running and gymming only will not help you. You should go for some kind of floor excersice if you want to have inch loss. Go for lunges, jumping lunges, sqauts and doggy leg excersice it will not only tone up your leg muscle but also help you in inch loss.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
