Dear Lybrateuser, - Heart attack occurs when the blood supply to the heart muscle is occluded due to deposition of fats in the blood vessel lining - many factors lead to it like hypertension, diabetes, increase in cholesterol, stress, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, family history, improper sleep, more of unhealthy fats in diet - to prevent it one should lead a healthy lifestyle, have a well balanced diet with more of fibrous foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, pulses, beans, sprouts, nuts - avoid fried, processed & junk foods - have healthy fats as in olive, canola, sunflower oil, seafoods, avocado - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, playing games, swimming for 20-30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily in the morning - sleep well for 7-8 hrs in the night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - destress by reading, listening to music, follow a hobby, socialise with friends - get regular BP, sugar, cholesterol check up done.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Our marriage has gone more than 1 year. We had a intercourse without protection after 4- 5 days of my wife period. My wife period date is 16. But still she has not periods for this month. Last month period date was 13th but actually she had at 16. After 3 days. And this time also 2 days gone. We are not planning for child now due to her career. My wife is worried now. Sometimes the periods may get delayed. The pattern may differ in each women. You can check for pregnancy when in doubt with the urine pregnancy test kit available with any chemist. Go for a routine checkup with a gynecologist and also discuss about your doubts and about your family planning. Both the partners should go for a medical checkup every year to ensure that the overall health (Including sexual health) is good. Lead a healthy lifestyle to protect the fertility. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi Ratan... You may refer to my article on skin care from lybrate... You will have very good idea... Only using a single cream will not make it fair and clear.. For spots you may use homoeopathic cream Topi Berberis.

These are the best methods to cure pimples fast -: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • Take Vitamin-A rich diet & you can take Vitamin-A capsule of 25, 000 I. U. Only under the supervision of a doctor. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

1.Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil/by 2.Wash face with Acnestar soap (Benzoil peroxide). 3.Don’t scrub your face. 4. Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamidetwice daily for 4 week. 5.If no relief, consult skin specialist.

Kindly take indukantha Kshaya, 20ml, twice a day, empty stomach. Take mahasudarshana ghanavati, 2 tabs, thrice a day, after meals. Take liquid diet in your diet, regularly, like daliya, khichdi, moong daal. Stop curdand other cold eatables. Continue the regime for 15 days. Good luck.

Body heat in indian ayurvedic system is said to be due to pitta dosha. Pitta or body heat is important for the proper functioning of metabolism. When there is too much pitta, it results in pitta dosha. To keep your body heat in control - 1. Avoid fried, spicy foods that can cause your normal body temperature to go up. Eat cool foods like cucumber, watermelon, buttermilk. 2. Drink plenty of cold water throughout the day. 3. Sabja (basil) seeds, soaked in water for some time and then added to milk with rosewater are effective in reducing body heat. 4. Yoga exercises, such as pranayama, suryanamaskar and trikonasana help in cooling the body. 5. Herbal teas made from coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and rosewater, improve metabolism. 6. You can wear clothes in light pastel colours for a cooling effect. Fabrics such as linen and cotton keep the body cool. 7. Reduce consumption of too much salt, oil and spices as they add heat to the body.

You are angry about something. If this stress continues you will have problems with concentration. Kindly meet with a counselor and sort that out. I also suspect that the adolescent issues with regard to hormones may be affecting your ability to concentrate and remember. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

You need to see a diabetologist as you need medication. Walking is only a part of the regimen required for diabetes control. In your diet, please avoid sugar products and have a medium carbohydrate, high fiber diet. Get your glycosylated hba1c under control or you could damage several parts of your body.

If you are overweight than reduce your weight, check your thyroid and hormones test or pcos. Avoid fry spicy junk food, prefer home made 3 meals add fibre roughage to your diet.
