Some dieting plans. Early morning when u wake up at that time 2glass of water, and in the brekfast u take easy digest the food like idly. R dosa r upma. Afternoon lunch. 1 bawl vegitable. And 2rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5pm u take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Cold drinks coffee tea. And u start morning regular walking.

Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.

Treatment of irregular periods depends on the cause and your desire to have children in the future. Irregular periods can be caused by many different things. Changes in your body's level of the hormones estrogen and progesterone can disrupt the normal pattern of your period. That's why young girls going through puberty and women approaching menopause commonly have irregular periods. Other common causes of irregular periods include: • Having an intrauterine device (IUD) • Changing birth control pills or using certain medications • Excessive exercise • Polycystic ovary disease (PCOS) • Pregnancy or breastfeeding • Severe scarring (adhesions) of the lining of the uterus, a condition known as Asherman syndrome • Stress • Overactive thyroid or hyperthyroidism • Thickening of or polyps on the uterine lining • Uterine fibroids Turmeric Being a warming herb, turmeric is also considered helpful in regulating menstruation and balancing hormones. Its emmenagogue properties help stimulate menstrual flow. Moreover, its antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties relieve menstrual pain. • Consume one-quarter teaspoon of turmeric with milk, honey or jaggery. Take it daily for several weeks or until you see improvement. • You can also take turmeric in supplement form; consult your doctor for proper dosage.

Hello, Milk and its products, poultry, nuts, beans, soya and its products are some important food items, which are supposed to be included in the diet. A complex carbohydrates diet with high quality proteins is important. Strength training is equally important.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Light vaginal bleeding or spotting for 1 - 2 days after the HSG is common. However, heavy bleeding, fever, abnormal vaginal bleeding or abdominal pain lasting beyond the HSG could be signs of more serious complications and should be reported to the office quickly. Dear Lybrate User, *Gulkand or rose petal jam is a delicious Indian delicacy. It is an Ayurvedic medicine also. To avoid a bloody nose, take one teaspoonful of Gulkand every day. *Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is very rich in Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron. The murabba or juice of amla prepared at home can be taken daily morning with water to make way from nose bleeding. *Drinking sufficient water daily will lead to a healthy nose. *Bread prepared from whole wheat or the ‘Brown bread’ or ‘Brown rice’ has ample of Zinc nutrient in it. Zinc helps in maintaining the body’s blood-vessels. *Dark green leafy vegetables must be taken in the diet

I'm 21 years old. Don't have proper menstruation cycle. Gap of 4-6 months is there. I usually have pains in my back and legs, same as I have it on my periods. Ultrasound and blood tests are done. All reports are normal. What I should do?

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Always better to avoid pain killer tabs. Use pan 40 mg one daily, empty stomach for 15 days. Use crocin pain relief one sos for headache.
