Please go for psychotherapy. When the mind is preoccupied with too many things, we are not even aware of what we are thinking but the mind has no space to concentrate on anything. Psychotherapy will help you. Along with that, do follow a healthier lifestyle. Eat all meals on time, eat light, healthy and balanced including plenty of water and fruits. Follow a regular sleep wake cycle, avoid sleeping during the day. Spend your day physically active and in bright areas of the house rather than in closed and dark places. Go out in natural daylight. Add some amount of physical exercise in your routine even if it is for just 15 minutes. These things will facilitate your wellness but psychotherapy is still needed. All the best.

Hello, you can use homoeopathic shampoo and oil i. E. Arnica shampoo and hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Hye, thanks for the query. Just eating fruits or depending on a single food item to help gain weight is a totally wrong approach. Weight gain is about a wholesome dietary approach. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.
