There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups, dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily

Fresh fruits are wayy cooler than exotic juices. Steel containers are earthy, rustic and more charming than their plastic counterparts and a healthy, strong, fit looking person is cooler than a frail, thin, sick looking person!

I am sorry to learn that you are feeling low because of your height. I will recommend to consult a psychologist. Unfortunately, there is treatment to increase the height at the age of 26 years. All the best.

I am 34 Male, suffering with extreme anger and over thinking on small things and avoid but sometimes it is exploring. Do I have any medicine for the same apart from meditations? Thank you,

M.Phill
Psychologist, Chennai
Medicines are not required for anger until it causes destruction to others/objects. In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything. Once you're calm, express your anger in an assertive but nonconfrontational way. State your concerns and needs clearly and directly, without hurting others or trying to control them. Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities. Take a timeout. Instead of focusing on what made you mad, work on resolving the issue at hand. Consider seeking help for anger issues if your anger seems out of control, causes you to do things you regret or hurts those around you. Consider seeking help from a psychologist if your anger seems out of control, causes you to do things you regret or hurts those around you.
