1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time .7. Hello, I am unmarried guy. I am going to leave masturbated from today that I am doing from 7-8 yrs. Bcoz I think, it is affecting my sex life. If I go for sex with my gf, I ejaculate early in first round (sometimes during oral foreplay and sometimes when I put penis inside-within 30 sec. After that, penis doesn't erect properly till 30to45 min. And then 2nd round goes better than 1st (1 min. To 2 min.) But I feel ,this is also early ejaculation. Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. I can't sleep early at night. And my sleep is not deep. I woke up when someone makes noise. I feel angry for that.

Avoid naps. Napping during the day can make it more difficult to sleep at night. If you feel like you have to take a nap, limit it to 30 minutes before 3 p. M. Limit caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages at least eight hours before bed. While alcohol can make you feel sleepy, it interferes with the quality of your sleep, and nicotine is a stimulant. Avoid late meals. Try to avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods can take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and spicy or acidic foods can cause heartburn. Stick to a regular sleep schedule. Support your biological clock by going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, including weekends, even if you’re tired.

Circumcision is done under local anaesthesia and it takes at least 15 days in recovery. When foreskin is tight sex will become painful and as you get pain your erection will fall. So ideally surgery should be done. Don' t get scared of surgery. As for pregnancy, it is still possible with tight foreskin.
