Most of the cases like yours are due the vicious cycle of stress gastrointestinal disturbances stress gastrointestinal disturbances. Lifestyle changes leading to reduction in level of stress and treatment for gi disturbance could give you results. Start with easily digestible foods like kichri. Avoid spicy and oily food have a daily routine of 8 hrs of sleep on same time walk for 3 km daily empty stomach add 2 medium sized fresh amla or amla ras 30 ml in a glass of water twice daily empty stomach.

It depends on where did you get hurt after falling. Just because you were in periods it doesnot mean it will cause any major problem so dont worry about that. But if there has been a severe back injury it may cause back pain, so treat your back pain problem. To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

Is this related to your period? You can take(if no drug allergy) Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. we may need to start antibiotic and other medications after personal consultation

Was there any provocation for this anger and negative outburst? if there was, then it seems that you can look into why that caused such a reaction. If it was without provocation, then there may be something else that is waking up only now because of other factors. There may be some issues in your past that may have come up under some mysterious circumstances and needs to be attended to. I suggest that you meet with a counselor and get help with regard to your emotions and how to deal with them, especially with this anger. For what has already happened, do apologize and finish off with the matter. You need not give them a justifiable answer but you can say that you are seeking some help for the same. Negative thoughts are the domain of the right brain, and you could do some left brain exercises to move into the positive. Here are some: block your left nostril and breathe as often as you can; whenever under stress, breathe into a paper/plastic bag for a short duration; and do some callisthenic exercise every day.

If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward . Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)
