Here are 5 ways to add a glow to skin 1. Exfoliate - exfoliation is defined as the removal of dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. You can use exfoliating gloves or a brush to get the job done and see the difference in your skin immediately. Exfoliating keeps your pores from clogging, which is another benefit in regards to acne control. The renewal process of your skin is sped up and your moisturizer will penetrate deeper into the skin which will give you that moist glow. Exfoliation also helps with uneven skin tone as it removes dead skin cells which contribute to that uneven look. Consistent exfoliation of your skin will help with wrinkle prevention in addition to giving you smooth glowing skin. 2. Exercise - there's a reason why athletes are some of the most beautiful people in the world. That reason is consistent blood flow. Exercising circulates your blood throughout your body giving it a natural flush to your skin. If you don't know where to start, try walking and taking the stairs whenever you get a chance. This will make your transition into other traditional routines more manageable when the time comes. After you initially get your body active there are many different physical activities to explore, especially if you are not into the traditional gym routine. Try kickboxing, tennis, running or spin classes. 3. Cucumbers - cucumbers not only taste great, but are filled with vitamin c and caffeic acid. These are two antioxidants that are excellent for fighting off wrinkles and protecting you from sun damage. Vitamin c will give your beautiful black skin a jolt of elastin and collagen which contributes to your radiance. Cucumbers can be prepared in many ways for consumption. One of the best ways is in a fresh salad. Try slicing a whole one with some lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, lemon juice and olive oil for a fantastic side salad. 4. Limit your shower time - this might be a difficult one, especially when you're used to coming home from work or the gym and it's the first of your many nightly rituals. A long hot shower can sometimes be the reason why you haven't gone postal on the world. However, limiting your shower time (and cooling the temperature just a touch) can be beneficial to your beautiful black skin. A hot shower can strip your skin of its natural oils. When this happens you get that dry and patchy look and that is what you don't want. The object here is glowing skin, remember? chill your shower down just a tad. You will still be able to have a calming relaxing shower without stripping your skin of what it needs. Remember, don't stay in there for an hour. 5. Green tea - green tea is by far one of my favorite drinks. It's also one of my favorite methods for cleansing your skin topically as well (a good green tea facial cleanser will have your face glowing like a star). Green tea is by far one of the most powerful antioxidants you can utilize when adding a glow to your skin. Rich in antioxidants, green tea helps rid your skin of free radicals, reduces inflammation and feels great going down. 2 cups of green tea a day along with a good facial cleanser will have compliments raining down upon you.

I would like to know your weight, BMI and abdominal girth. Your cholesterol and hiatus hernia may be related to them. You need to reduce your weight and eat frequent small meals.

I am feeling very tired from last 10 days, specially when I sit more than 2 hr non stop onto chair my whole body specially legs get jam and pain, I have too much body pain specially on joints in every part of my body. I took eltroxin 100 mcg, 1 tablet daily, my tsh is 32.

Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

Acne require a proper treatment (topical and oral) for atleast 3-4 months so that the infection can be eradicated. It occurs due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet. Take food with high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily.

7 hours sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 6 hours and you will feel fresh and active

Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in female are some of common cause in this also it? s found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence only depend on ointment? s / otc products n medicine? s does not serve your any purpose, but suppressed a symptom n same re-appear after some time with brutal symptoms particularly in skin diseases issue so find out where you have to correct? fresh juicy fruits, such as apple, pears, grapes, pineapple, lemon, or plan water either hot or cold should be drink. Vitamin a, e, nutrition and zinc to be consider part of treatment. Treatment: 1. A teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder is effective home remedy for pimples / acne. Mixture should be applied to the face at night after thoroughly wash every day. 2. If you have constipation or menstruation in case of female, then remove a same, or go for treatment 3. Cap. Neem guard - 1 daily in morning after breakfast 4. Cap garlic pearls - 1 daily after breakfast 5. Steam on face buy using neem patti / leaves thrice in a week 6. Avoid cosmetic cream available at otc and use pure chandan and other herbs made paste along with non side effect face wash 7. Stress management 8. Steam bath twice a week diet: 1. Upon arising: a glass of lukewarm water with half a freshly? squeezed lime and honey 2. Breakfast: any fresh fruit and fresh milk. 3. Lunch: a bowl of freshly-prepared steamed vegetable, one or two whole wheat chapattis, and glass of butter milk or curd. 4. Mid afternoon: a fresh fruit or juice 5. Dinner: a large bowl of raw vegetable salad, with lime juice dressing, sprouted mung beans 6. Bedtime snack: a glass of fresh milk or fresh fruit note: we have kit for pimples and acne contain home made pure chandan with kesar, kasturi, baras etc. Cream, saffron facial bar contain neem, turmeric, sandal wood & cow urine - made from cowpathy, neem - turmeric face wash? made from cowpathy, panchagavya moisturizing cream, 1- month pills of homoeopathy/ biochemic non side effect remedy. There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily

Hello, it really depends on which day of your cycle were you on and your cycle length! sometimes periods can get delayed for various reasons! repeat a pregnancy test iif no periods after 7 days!
