I have suffered with anxiety, feeling of heart beat, nervousness and sleeping disorder from last one month. Presently taking alprazolam 0.25 But it is very difficult to get sleep at night. However I have no any type of stress. Suggest me which is the best and safe between alprazolam vs etizolam.

Both are equally bad with negative effects on psyche. Stop sleeping tabs gradually as rebound effects can be worse than initial symptoms, every negative emotion surfaces. May be you do not need any medicines. Take a glass of warm milk with honey at bed time, watch soothing programmes on tv and listen to music, read good books. If day has been spent well while on the job, there is no reason that a person will require medicines to get sleep. Yoga and relaxation exercises do help reduce the stress & the stress in your case is that you do not get enough sleep. Remember some leaders at 65 + sleep only for 5-6 hours and work non stop for 18 hours a day.

I have snoring problem during night time, snoring is of very different type I have tried to do all type of nose exercise and I have use one type of nose equipment to reduce snoring but no improvement. The noise of snoring is very loud some times and it disturbs all family members. Please advice what shall I do to control my snoring I would like to have permanent solution pleas help and advice.

Snoring in some people are common phenomenon nothing wrong in it. Sometimes due deviated nasal septum of nose associated with nasal polyp may cause snoring. Do warm saline gargle regularly. Have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Have plenty of water by mouth. Else you can consult y ent specialist.

Hello, Go for a walk in d morning to restore your blood circulation to nourish your body& brain.  ⁃Go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety and to calm your nerve to ease insomnia, checking ischemia.  ⁃Tk, banana,apples, coca, almonds,pumpkin -seeds, spinach  to ease insomnia.  ⁃ Tk, plenty of water free from contaminants to eliminate toxins &'regulate your metabolism to absorb protein, vitamins, minerals, energy & other important substance essential to upkeep ,repair & energise the body. ⁃ Your diet b easily digestible, simple,non-irritant, on time. Your dinner b at least 2 hrs before going to bed with 1 cup of milk, finally before going to sleep to prevent constipation. ⁃ Avoid, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol,junk food, watching Tv in d late night.  ⁃ Homoeo medicine, gentle,rapid without any side effect b administered: @ passiflora Q-20 drops before 1/2 hr ,going to bed. Hello, This could be due to stress induced hormonal imbalance during the cycle. So please just watch your pattern of bleeding in next 2 cycles and then if required investigations can be planned.
