For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Medicine will depend upon fbs and ppbs. Your ppbs is high, so I will recommend to make changes in your meals and to go for a walk post meal. And if still your ppbs remains high than you should consult the doctor.

take tab. glimstar pm 2 before meal in morning. and other same. and you can take diet for diabetes. low sugar breakfast cereal oats., low sugar bran flakes,peas or leafy green. brown rice .whole grain foods. whole grain pasta. Avoid stress. Alcohol, sweet foods, oily and spicy foods, fast foods, cold drinks, Go for walk. You can join zym. By meditation and medication You can control diabetes / sugar level. DO tests HBA1C every 6 months. and You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t.g. and obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. I'm fed up with life and life is not worth living for me. There is a lack of happiness lack of confidence and lack of concentration. There is no hope no enlightenment no dream no aim in life. I'm very much disinterested disheartened and depressed. I'm under a lot of stress and anxiety. I'm sailing in a boat without the sailor in the stormy sea. I'm just like the kite which strings are cutoff. I'm not living life but just passing it. I'm worthy of nothing. I'm feeling lonely in the midst of the crowd. I'm skipping my drugs for the high blood pressure. My blood pressure shoots up to 200/130 without any symptoms. I pass nights together without sleep. I have cutoff myself from my inner and outer self. I'm unable to cope up with life. If it's physical crisis I can deal with it, but as far as the emotional and moral crisis are concerned I'm just unable to deal with it.

Dear friend, I feel strongly for you. I wish I could be close to you say what I am going to tell you right now. If I try to understand how you might be feeling I feel suffocated. I am sure you are not only feeling lonely and suffocated but you are also feeling hopelessness. I do hope that you understand that what you are feeling in not only psychological. It has some strong physiology working behind it. You have some chemical imbalance in your body. That is what is creating this emotional tornado in our mind. I know with proper care and actions you will be able to once again enjoy your life and will also be able to contribute positively to make this world a better place. I am asking you to please take help from either a counselor or a psychologist. If need to consult a psychiatric and start medication. I will be more than happy to help you come out of this dark tunnel and lead a beautiful life ahead. You need to seek help and consult someone as soon as possible. I am also giving you some tips below which you can try, one thing at a time, one day at a time. I love you and I want you to take charge of your life. You may not know but you are here for a reason. What ever it is that is hurting you will go away the moment you start taking charge. As a human being you deserve the best. You deserve love and respect from people around you and love and respect begins with self. Look at yourself in the mirror and love that lady for who she is. You have endless potential within you. You could be whatever you decide you want to be. Have faith and let it go. Try following things and it will help you one day at a time. Stress has become part of our daily life now. Due to being in this chronic stress there is lot of negative energy and thinking as well as behavior processes are triggered. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.

I had abortion 5 months ago due to some infection. But now everything is ok. Now I am trying to conceive from last 3 months but is unable to conceive. I had tab .smartova also . Now when I had an ultrasound the report shows that the follicle size is larger than the average size as it should be on 10 day. The reports were. Rt ovary 19*16 mm 17*15 mm Lt ovary17*14 mm 16*14 mm E.T-7 mm Are the reports normal.

Yes reports are normal. Get tube test done on 5th day of period if you get on this cycle as chances of conception during this cycle are good as per reports shown here.

Hello, I don't think having warm water with lemon and ginger will help to reduce gastric problem. However, having warm water with lemon and ginger in the morning will help to improve metabolism of the body which is really good. I suggest your father to continue to have both tablet for gastritis (whenever needed) and warm water daily. Warm water with lemon+ginger will not affect your father's kidney in any way. Nothing to worry about that. Cholesterol level can be controlled by regular exercise. Take care of your father. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

Dear, You seem to be having many medical questions because you are suffering from either generalized anxiety disorder or somatisation or somatoform disorder or eating disorder or other psychiatric disorder. Please stop reading all about the various changes in anxiety and stress and project it on yourself. Normal stress is managed by release of stress hormones by the body to cope up with it. They are NORMAL, beneficial way of dealing with stress. The above disorders are abnormal release of stress hormones and its effect on many bodily functions including HDL and LDL metabolism. The above disorders are NOT diagnosed by blood tests. Please consult a psychiatrist and take treatment both as tablets and as talk therapy.

I was smoking marijuana on daily basis. At that time my bp was 115/80. Then I had dengue. I quit it suddenly due to dengue. I did not smoke it from 45 days. Am feeling well now but my bp stays 140/90. So suddenly it increased after quitting marijuana. What can I do to lower my bp and keep it in normal range again? In ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause. Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days. Take sarpgandha vati twice a day. Yogendra ras. Akik bhasm works very good in case of hypertension. Avoid salty diet. Oily food. Lower your stress. Do pranayama early morning.

Causes of chest pain is two types. 1physiological ie smoking, excess alcohol intake. Indigestion, gastritis. Insomnia &/or anxiety stress. 2. Pathological either hereditory, or disease. Kidey disease, arterial disease, hormonal diseases are to be examined. After investigation proper treatment is needed.

At 92 kg he is definitely overweight. Normal ecg and 2d at rest do not rule out coronary artery disease. A treadmill test is advisable. If he is hypertensive and diabetic, then it is all the more reason to do it.
