Take breaks often as necessary. • If you have a medical condition, consult with your doctor before doing pranayama. For example, if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, labored breathing, a hernia, or any other condition that could be exacerbated by especially fast, deep, or intense breathing, you may have to modify or skip some of the following exercises. • Make sure your nose isn’t stuffy. Nostril breathing is crucial in yoga, so if you have a head cold, you won’t be able to complete these exercise. • Don’t suck in your gut. Unless otherwise noted, it’s important that you relax your stomach muscles when doing yoga breathing exercises; when they’re held tight like a corset, you can’t take oxygen as deeply into your lungs. •If you prefer to do Pranayam in the evening, do it on an empty stomach; keep a several-hour gap between your meals and Pranayam. •Sit comfortably with your spine erect. You can sit in the traditional lotus position or simply make yourself comfortable in a chair. For additional tips, •It’s preferable to practice Pranayam in the morning. Warnings • People with abdominal wounds, surgical operations, hernias, peritonitis, appendicitis, a prolapsed rectum or uterus, or a hiatus hernia, as well as women who have recently delivered, should completely avoid Kapalbhati Pranayam,

Black spots could be genetic post acne or due to sunexposure. Use a good sunscreen woth protection factor a trt will depend on cause. Peels and lasers are recommended to reduce dark spots.

It's best not to discontinue medicine but at the same time not needed if BP is controlled nicely Please check your pulse rate/heart rate and BP, can easily be done with an automatic BP monitor Will stop metolar cL if pulse rate is not high Do let me know the general readings.

Hi lybrate-user, I would also recommend you for glowing skin use a apple, Apple has alpha hydroxy acid. It improves skin colour and elasticity. Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water. Or You can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Drink enough water. Citrus fruit juices to make the skin fair and healthy. And also watch your diet, are you taking all the nutrients. If you wants to know more or any medical treatment for that, then contact me again.

Treatment for pcod is basically symptomatic, if you are having irregular cycle, abnormal hair growth, acne, excess weight gain or thyroid etc. You should start exercising daily, eat healthy diet without skipping meals, avoid oily and junk food, drink lots of water and juices. If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1. Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal.
