Summer is a better season for those who suffer from psoriasis. You need sun but indian summers are too hot. Put sun screen on all the parts leaving the affected patches. If you are in sun for too long, then apply little sun screen on that area as well to avoid burning there. It is suggested to wear a hat or carry an umbreall when you go out. Use sunscreen for sensitive skin. De-stress yourself. You can use salt water to clean yourself.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Sexual self-gratification is okay as long as there is no indulgence: this is referred to as masturbation. It is the addiction to it that may be a problem. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At her age she may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if she has alone time, if she obsesses about it, and if she is not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that she may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when she is married (although this is rare among women). That obviously would be an insult to her husband and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. She will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by herself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also she should not spend too much time alone, and she needs to keep her mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if she is not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help her to get into a friendship with a boy and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when she falls in love. Right now her hormones may be very active and her physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of her age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into her impulses. Keeping herself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage her sexual drives.

All About Wisdom Teeth

Wisdom teeth are known to be the final molars to grow out and they complete the set of permanent teeth. They generally start to erupt during the late teens or in the beginning of twenties. 

In case of some people, there is a possibility that the wisdom teeth may never erupt, while others may even grow four and more wisdom teeth. 

Do all wisdom teeth create dental problems?
No, if a wisdom tooth has completely erupted through the gum and tissue, without actually harming the teeth next to it, it does not require to be extracted. But, this is only if the individual is able to clean and brush it thoroughly. The wisdom teeth should be properly examined and dental care is necessary to prevent any complications. 

When do wisdom teeth need extraction?
Proper oral care of the teeth will keep them healthy and clean. But there may arise a situation, in which the removal of the wisdom teeth is quite necessary:

1. In certain cases, the wisdom tooth may erupt at a weird angle, compromising the teeth next to it. This may make it difficult to clean the teeth thoroughly, thus resulting in the onset of bacterial growth and periodontal disease. In this case, the wisdom teeth should be removed as soon as possible. 

2. While the wisdom teeth grows out, it may happen that there is not enough space for it to grow properly. As a result the adjacent teeth may face pressure due to crowded teeth, leading to headaches, toothaches and jaw pain. It is best that the wisdom teeth is extracted in this situation.

3. In case a wisdom tooth develops a cavity, it should be extracted. 

4. An impacted wisdom tooth, that is, if it has only partially grown out of the tissue, should also be extracted before it can cause serious complications.

Yes ischemia of heart can happen faster in people with low thyroid but on synthetic thyroid hormones like thyronorm to correct low thyroid, it can also happen in persons suffering from high thyroid but disease is not corrected with proper dose. It is important to monitor the dose of thyroid hormones at par with insulin dose for a diabetic.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. It I due to formation of a pigment melanin more in summers as compared to winters which gives dark complexion to our skin but in winters it is jut the oppoite due to cool temperature and dryness of skin in summers id due to less intake of water and it is not advisable to have dry skin in summer a it increase chances of sun burns and skin infections so drink more water in summers.

Drink lots of milk yourself. Take lots of green leafy vegetables as there might be iron defeciency. Also take rest when ever possible. Just lying down can release body stress. Do some deep breathing daily for 10 min. Increase your protein inatke. Dal, soyabean and meat, eggs are good source of proteins.

Sporting dandruff flakes in your hair is one of the biggest things you can do wrong on a first date. This embarrassing problem usually gets the best of you. We give you five home remedies that work like a charm and promise not to disappoint.

Lemon
Make a citrusy pal out of this wonder fruit. Lemon helps you lose weight, it helps you do tequila shots, and if that wasn’t enough, it helps you fight dandruff. Repeat this twice a week. Take half a lemon and apply the juice all over your scalp and wet hair. Leave it on for about five minutes. Then rinse.

Baking soda paste 
Add a little water to about a spoon of baking soda and rub it on your scalp. Leave it on for three minutes. Baking soda fights against any chemicals that you put in your hair. Rinse and follow this once a week to be flake free and beautiful.

Vinegar
Similar to what your nimbudha does, vinegar too will take you one step closer to dandruff free hair. Add about five ml of vinegar to half a bucket of lukewarm water and use it to rinse your hair after you have washed your tresses with a mild shampoo. Follow this ritual twice a week.

Aspirin
Aspirin is a miracle drug and it can do everything that Wonder wWoman can. Well, almost. Crush an aspirin and add it to a mild shampoo before you wash your hair. Follow this medicated ritual three times a week. Stick to it religiously and you will never see those dreaded white flakes again.

Neem
This one comes out from your daadi ka nuskhabook. Boil four neem leaves in half a cup of water. Leave it overnight. Then wash your hair with the neem water. You can use your regular shampoo after this step. Do this every alternate day.
