I am suffering from weakness. I have lack of calcium, potassium and vitamin D in my body. So what should I do?

MBBS
General Physician, Cuttack
Norma level of vit d is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency. Vitamin d3 is essential for healthy bone, teeth, muscle, cell growth, immunity, neuro muscular functioning and overall health. Deficiency causes ricket/osteomalacia, poor hair growth, increased risk of cancer. Treatment-vitamin d3 60, 000 unit/wk for 3 -6months 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2. Take milk, cheese, egg yolk, fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of vitamin d you have to take vitamin d supplement 60000iu/week fo r3- six months after consulting physician.

What are the symptoms of malaria, flu and pneumonia. How can we keep healthy against these type of diseases.
See to it that there is no stagnation of water in your house and nearby locality for more than seven days because these are the breeding grounds for mosquitoes and fever with chills and headache are few symptoms of malaria and fever with cough and cold with leucopenia are few symptoms of flu.

Hi, there are two types of insomnia: primary insomnia and secondary insomnia. Primary insomnia: primary insomnia means that a person is having sleep problems that are not directly associated with any other health condition or problem. Secondary insomnia: secondary insomnia means that a person is having sleep problems because of something else, such as a health condition (like asthma, depression, arthritis, cancer, or heartburn); pain; medication they are taking; or a substance they are using (like alcohol). Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

Malaria is transmitted by the infective bite of Anopheles mosquito. Symptoms of malaria Typically, malaria produces fever, headache, vomiting and other flu-like symptoms. Complicated malaria may cause anemia, jaundice, fits, unconsciousness, cerebral fever etc. For diagnosis of malaria there are two type tests available; one is RDK Rapid Diagnositc Kit (less reliable); Other one is Peripheral smear of blood. If it comes positive contact doctor for treatment, however, most of times it doesn’t come positive because timing of test, therefore, get tested for malaria at time of peak of fever. Treatment depends on type and severity of malaria, and patient's condition. Malaria/ Dengue: How to protect ourselves? Similar measures are used to protect ourselves from Malaria/ Dengue/ Chikungunya. Keep yourself protected from mosquito bites. Children should not be allowed to play in shorts and half sleeved clothes Use Mosquito bed nets/ Repellents/ Odomass/ Kachuachhap etc. in home whichever available or you can afford. Must: Always have one anti-mosquito spray in house including kitchen/ bedroom in the starting of rainy season. Must: There should not be any water collection in house/ nearby house including water cooler/ bottles/ buckets/ holes etc. **All the best** "Aware at least 10 of your friends too about it, it is a divine job."

I have nightfall from 2 years but inspite of taking medicines mentioned it is not going. Earlier it occurred 1-2 time...
Night fall is a term applied to the involuntary discharge of semen during sleep. In the beginning such discharges take place by an amorous and sexual dream and consequently erection is attained fully and semen is discharged. Once this disease is not cured, such discharges take place quite frequently even without dreams and erection. Nocturnal Emission is a one kind of problematic condition, which harasses the males at some point in their life. With frequent nocturnal emission males experience fatigue, low desire for lovemaking, problems related to erections and also premature ejaculation. Along with these problems others like back pain, testicular pain, burning during urination, irritated behavior and anxiety can also creep up. Homoepathic treatment for night emission in men not only stop nocturnal emissions but also alleviate side effects of the problem. Adult males generally develop this problem due to weak nerves, lesser muscular strength, fatigue, lethargic lifestyle, diseases and due to side effects of medicines. Also too much alcohol, smoking, drugs or too much coition, hand practice or erotic fantasies and thoughts can cause frequent nocturnal emissions. HOMOEOPATHY prove best and safe method of treatment in order to cure night emission. Consult me for permanent cure by homoepathic treatment without side effects.

It is a well known fact that a healthy and satisfying sex life is very important for a healthy relationship. It is very important to take proper care of the health maintenance. The average time from vaginal penetration to ejaculation in the average man is 9 minutes. The definition of premature ejaculation is reaching orgasm within 1 minute or less after vaginal penetration (intercourse), or ejaculation that occurs too early for female partner satisfaction. This problem is common, occurring in 30% of adult men, and it is the most common form of male sexual dysfunction. It can be caused by erectile dysfunction, anxiety and nerve hypersensitivity and is, in general, quite treatable by homoepathic treatment. You can click on consult option for homoepathic treatment without side effects.
