Wash your face 3-4 times in a day. Stop taking oily, spicy, junk food. Take sprouts, fruits & fruit juices daily. Rx hepar sulp 3x/tds 1-1 tab. Berberis aquafolium q/ bd 15-15 drops + 1/2 cup water. External application= calendula q 20 drops+berberis aquafolium q 20 drops+ 100 ml seasame oil. Apply on your face daily at night & wash in morning.

you should avoid exposure to dust and may use protection like mask while cleaning. Keeping inhaler handy for use at time of symptoms is also a good option

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

1.Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2.Take little more water in the day 3.Eat more fruits and green vegetables 4.No fried/ spicy/ junk/ processed/ fast food, no maida products 5.No tea/ coffee/ cold drinks 6.No alcohol 7.Reduce wt 8.Daily morning walk for 30 mts 9.Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 10.Fiber Foods that are high in insoluble fiber include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Try wheat bran, brown rice, or whole grain bread. Soluble fiber- Prunes and figs can be added to breakfast or eaten as a snack. 12.Take a glass of hot milk with sugar at night before sleeping For medicine contact on private consultation Good luck.

Hi, If you have lower abdominal pain, then the pain is related to pelvic area. If you are pregnant and getting lower abdominal pain, it is better to undergo an USG of pelvis to rule out any pathology.

Good Evening, I am a 29 year Old Unfit & Freaky Man looking to get back into Perfect Shape over a small period of time. I have 15 months to get slim before I may think of getting married. Dear, Weight loss in itself is tricky and a dogma. If you worry yourself and try to hard to reduce your weight and proovide a time limit for it, by strict following, you may loose weight. But it will be in the expense of peace and health. You will be stressed. Try to be happy and do your duties and you will start loosing weight. Alter your habit one by one. For a week reduce sugar in tea and enjoy it. Next week run for a mile and enjoy it. Start cultivating healthy habits and stick to it. Slowly you will loose weight. That is the correct procedure. I am 28 yrs old software professional. I drive bike about 2 hrs everyday for commuting to office. And I sit about 9-10 hrs a day in office on chair. Past few months, I have started getteinv only few erections compared to earlier? also, I feel minor but unusual pain below scrotum and right side. I feel this pan to right side of the penis also. Is the artery carrying blood in this region giving this pain? are these symptoms for erectile dysfunction kindly advise what to do?
