At the bottom of my legs just above the ankle and upto the knee, when I press my leg near the bone it hurts very much and problem is in both legs, everything is normal and I don't have any pain but even slight pressing is hurting me, what can be the cause and cure, please help, it's been 6 months since I am observing this problem.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

You need a proper sports injury physiotherapist session which work on your injured shoulder. Starting with simple hot fomentation, rhythmic exercises, isometric exercises, isotonic exercises gradually move towards exercises with light weights to medium weight exercises according to your need which gives your joint proper stability by improving the strength.

few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture Most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. apply volini gel on back and neck. do warm fomentation. do back and neck exercises . avoid high pillow, use firm bed . avoid soft bed. avoid forward bending. it will help you.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily (if you wish) also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

To stay healthy at work and prevent back injury, lift with bent knees and tight stomach. And hold weight close to your body. Standing or sitting tall not only improves your breathing and prevents pain - you'll look and feel better. Keep computer monitors at eye level and the keyboard and mouse at elbow level. Take breaks to stretch and relax.

I am 20 years young guy suddenly my knee gets pain even walk for 10 mins continuously what happened.
Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

There are two common reasons for your symptoms. It may be Impingement syndrome with rotator cuff tendinitis, or a Adhesive Capsulitis of Shoulder. It is important to assess the direction and plane of movement restriction. You should also check your blood sugar levels, and uric acid levels; if it is a recurrent problem.
