Natural concentration is when the mind can hold a thought for a long time, when thoughts are under our own control. Without concentration the mind goes here, there and everywhere, jumping like a monkey from branch to branch, idea to idea. When there is a natural concentration, we can control our mind and there is peace. This one-pointed concentration on a thought, holding it for as long as we like, gradually collects strength in the mind and in the self. A strong mind is a mind that is peaceful, stable, satisfied and can remain in the deeper meaning of a thought. There is no waste caused by over-thinking, or the high speed of thought: These are the two greatest diseases of the mind these days, which is why there is so much stress and mental breakdown. Stress can foil concentration and learning ability. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. Concentration precedes memory. If you are under stress your concentration will go for a toss, then naturally memory will be totally foiled. So meet with a counselor to take care of the stress and your memory will happily return. You can follow these simple rules in the meantime: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid all junk food.

यह एक ऐसी स्थिति है जिसमें गुदा या निचले मलाशय के अंदर या बाहर की नसों में सूजन आती है। यह परिवार के इतिहास, कब्ज, कम फाइबर आहार, भारी भारोत्तोलन, मोटापे, खाद्य एलर्जी, शारीरिक गतिविधि की कमी, गर्भावस्था, और लंबे समय तक बैठे या खड़े रहने, जैसे कई कारणों से होता है। बवासीर के कुछ सामान्य लक्षणों में गुदा के चारों ओर खून के थक्के या ढक्कन, बॉविल मूवमेंट के दौरान खून बहना, गुदा क्षेत्र के पास चिड़चिड़ापन, और आंत्र की आशंका भले ही कोई मल नहीं हो, शामिल हैं।

बाहरी बवासीर के उपचार के लिए, अपने गुदा पर एलोवेरा जेल थोड़ा सा लागू करें और धीरे-धीरे इस क्षेत्र को मालिश करें। आंतरिक बवासीर का इलाज करने के लिए, एलोवेरा पत्तियों को पट्टियों में काट लें। एक कंटेनर में इन पट्टियों को रखें और उन्हें फ्रीज करें। दर्दनाक हेमोराहॉइड पर बर्फीले ठंडे एलोवेरा पट्टी को लागू करें, दर्द, जलने और खुजली की उत्तेजना को कम करने के लिए।
2. कोल्ड संपीड़न: बर्फ सबसे महत्वपूर्ण उपचार है। बर्फ से रक्त वाहिकाओं को कसने में मदद मिलेगी, सूजन कम हो जाएगी और आपको तत्काल दर्द से राहत मिलेगी। एक साफ कपड़े में कुछ बर्फ लपेटें और बवासीर पर सीधे इसे लागू करें। जब तक बवासीर दूर न हो जाए, यह दिन में कई बार करें। 
3. सेब का सिरका: सेब का सिरका कसैले गुणों के कारण, सूजी रक्त वाहिकाओं के सिकुड़ने में मदद करता है और आंतरिक और बाह्य दोनों बवासीरों की सूजन और जलन से राहत देता है। 
बाहरी बवासीर के लिए, प्रभावित क्षेत्र के खिलाफ सेब के सिरके में भिगोकर एक रूई की गेंद को धीरे से दबाएं। शुरू में एक चुभने वाली सनसनी होगी, लेकिन जल्द ही आपको खुजली और जलन से राहत मिलेगी। आंतरिक बवासीर के लिए, एक गिलास पानी में सेब के सिरके का एक चम्मच जोड़ इसे कम से कम दो बार रोजाना पीना। 
4. विच हेज़ल: विच हेज़ल के हल्के कसैले और उपचार गुणों से बवासीर के साथ जुड़े असुविधाओं को कम करने में मदद मिलेगी। समस्या से लंबी राहत के लिए प्रभावित क्षेत्र में नियमित रूप से विच हेज़ल की एक छोटी राशि को लागू करें।
5. नींबू का रस: नींबू में मौजूद एंटीऑक्सीडेंट इस स्थिति का इलाज करने में मदद करते हैं। सूजन क्षेत्र पर सीधे इसे लागू करें या अदरक और शहद के साथ नींबू के रस का उपभोग करें।
6. जैतून का तेल: जैतून के तेल में शोथ रोधक और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण है और मुख्य रूप से बाहरी बवासीर का इलाज करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है। यह रक्त वाहिकाओं के लोच को बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा, जो बदले में सूजन को कम करने और गुदा नहर में सूजन वाले रक्त वाहिकाओं के आकार को कम करने में सहायता करेगा।

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hello. First you avoid any of rich food. Avoid sleep after meal especially noon time. You can take rest after one hour of meal. Drink half glass of water before half hour of meal. Then you start homeopathic treatment. You definitely get a relief in your compliance. Now you take dose of lycopodium 200 2 does at bed time. Don't drink water with the does. After a week revert back or consultant privately. Thanks.

Having sexual attractions towards females at your age is completely acceptable. However being attracted to have sex with older females is just a sexual preference. This can also be just a phase of your sexual life. Once you get along with someone of your age and be in a long term relationship this might change. If you feel you have irresistible urges towards sex and feel guilty of your feelings, this could be an obsession, in that case you may consult a psychiatrist for counseling and/ or medications.

Smoking cessation can lead to weight gain due to increased appetite. it may be causing weight loss though there may be other factors involved. Find out what is the cause of smoking & try to counsel him to quit it not just because its bad for his health but also as it affects people around him (including loved ones) and reduces his years of life. Additionally the amount spent on cigarettes if saved, can be used for much better purposes. If required you may take professional help for your friend.

Hye. Thank you for your query. There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast. However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied. If you don’t have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly plus all you lose is unhealthy muscle mass and the fats are still around. Eating sensibly and as per your body's nutrient needs will reduce your appetite significantly, Make you lose weight healthily without hunger and improve your metabolic health at the same time. Here are some tips to help you lose weight. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals. Drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by suppressing appetite and avoiding overeating. Choose seasonal foods. Eat smaller but more frequent meals. Eat soluble fiber. Eat fruits and vegetables. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Get a good night’s sleep, every night.
