I am 8 week pregnant and recent u/so shows 6 week with no fetal seen .only yolk sach is seen. I am taking susten 200 ...
Hello! Lets take your queries pointwise: 1. Disparity of 6 and 8 weeks: sometimes especially in people with dalayed periods the conception might be delayed causing a discrepancy in weeks. It may also occur in failed pregnancy or missed abortion. 2. Only yolk sac seen no fetal pole: yolk sac is seen intrans vaginal scan at 5.5 weeks while at 6 weeks fetal pole with cardiac activity is noticeable. So at 6 weeks usg date it might be early or again a missed pregnancy. 3. Beta hcg must double in 48 to 72 hours: it has increased but not by double in 48 hrs. So again we ate in a fix. The best advise would be to continue your susten for 1 more week and get a scan repeated at the end of 7 days for fetal pole/ cardiac activity.

Hi I have a utries damage and both my tubes are blocked do I get pregnant with this problem.
hello. if uterus is damaged, i am not sure what do you mean by that, in that case the next best option is surrogacy. if uterus is fine and tubes are blocked then ivf is the option for you.

My sister has been diagnosed with complex ovarian cyst measuring 7*6*6 cm, does it require surgery or it can be cured using medication.

My sister has been diagnosed with complex ovarian cyst measuring 7*6*6 cm, does it require surgery or it can be cured...
Any cyst more than 5 cm has to be removed surgically. But if she is not showing any symptoms like irregular or heavy menses or pain in abdomen then you can try 2 to 3 months with medicines. Ayurvedic medicines and Panchakarma with modification in diet and lifestyle will help her. Repeat ultrasound on 5 or 6 th day after 3 months and decide accordingly. You have not mentioned details regarding marital status and whether she is anxious for child or completed her family. Treatment protocol may vary according to it.

Hello. Your treatment is on right track. You have completed 3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemo. Now we will check the response of chemo by doing breast ultrasound and clinical examination. You should plan surgery now and after surgery chemo will be completed and radiation will depend on biopsy report. You should go for complete breast removal that is modified radical mastectomy.

You and your wife get tests done for all possible sexually transmitted infections. If you are clear, go ahead for pregnancy. If you have any infection positive in your blood, then you have to get treated. Some diseases if you have, you have to postpone the effort for pregnancy. Some diseases even if the blood test is positive, you can go ahead. We will counsel you depending upon the reports.

Getting rid of belly fat is not an easy job, especially for women. Women always hide their belly fat along their waistline as they grow due to hormonal changes. Once you decide to get rid of your belly fat automatically you are shedding your body weight too. They are many methods to reduce belly fat, but the best way is through weight loss plan and regular workout routine that burns fat and strengthens your abdominal muscles. Aerobic workouts aerobic workouts increase your heart rate. The cardiovascular exercises help to blaze calories and fat from your body. To reduce belly fat follow the rule. Do aerobic exercises for 30 minutes, 5 days per week. If you follow the program, you are sure to burn calories resulting in weight loss of 2 lbs in a week. Increase the time to another 30 minutes, to shed more weight. Fast walking, swimming and pedaling your way are the workouts to reduce belly fat. Indian women can easily reduce belly fat by doing domestic work without using any machines. Circuit training circuit training is doing a combination of workouts repeatedly. It includes 30 seconds of jogging, 10 lunges, 10 pushups, 10 bicep curls, 10 sit-ups and 10 squats. Doing the circuit training regularly, you can increase your heart rate and improve your muscle groups in your body such as core, legs buttocks and arms. Complete the circuit training exercise by doing the activities mentioned in 1 one minute without any break. The routine workout helps your weight loss program. The plank routine the plank workout reshapes the abdominal muscles underneath your belly fat. This is a simple exercise to try; lay yourself on the floor with your stomach touching the floor. Now, transfer your weight to forearms and toes and slowly lift your body off the floor and you are on the straight line from head to toes. When lifting your body off the floor, breathe deeply for 30 seconds and gradually increase the time once you gain abdominal strength.
