Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.

Dear lybrate user, use your bed only for sleeping and not for other activities. Switch off the lights and other gadgets like television and mobile before you go to sleep. If you are not into reading books, please start now. You may read your favourite book during night time. The eye strain may induce sleep. You can have a bath before going to sleep. It is also known to induce sleep. Please do not sleep in the afternoon. That is the main reason for not getting sleep early at night.

I have compression btw L3 & L4 in spinal cord. Doctor has advised for Rabolin, which is pain killer, for over 15 days. Now I am on Zynoflam Forte for last 10 days. Even after physiotherapy and daily morning evening exercise i have very little improvement. Should i continue with Zynoflam?

Hi, In physiotherapy if you are age is below 50 you can go for intermittent lumbar traction as well as interferntial therapy with spinal exercises. You will subside this pain with in 20 days need not to go for pain killars unless you have untouchable pain

Hi, after suffering from shin splints and snapping scapula syndrome (literally every joint of my body) what are the foods or meals should I take while making a healthy life. Food that are calcium rich are milk,,yogurt,,paneer,,peas,,white beans,,tofu,,salmons,sardines,, broccoli,cabbage,,fig,, almonds this are highly rich in calcium soo u can have it in ur breakfast,,in the early morning take lemon and honey in warm water,,,then take whole grain bread with egg and a glass of milk and have a fruit of ur choice,,u can take soaked chic peas and pea nuts immediately after the lemon-honey water,,,in lunch u can take rice,,green veggies chickens or fish,in the evening take roasted almonds,dates and an apple,,at night take one bread with lots of green veggies and salads

Dear lybrate user, she might be having tingling, burning or numbness of foot or arm. We term it glove and stocking symptoms and it is due to diabetic neuropathy. Treatment are available for it, you need to consult your endocrinologist or pain specialist to examine for extent of problem and advise medicine accordingly. Hope it helps.

I am 49 year old. For the past 6 months whatever the time I go to bed, I will wake up in 2 to 3 hours time and will get sleep only after 2 ~ 3 hours from the woke up time. Well. You may be in chronic stress disorder. The sources of stress may be arising from your profession, family burdens and also from social issues which can exert pressure on your mind leading to such sleep disorders. No, that's because of Nerve Compression from Back. May be your back muscles are weak. check this if you have any pain around hip and low back also or after long sitting u feel pain in legs.

One of the common causes of snoring is obesity since you are just 56 kgs, we can rule that out your throat muscles are probably weak you need to consult an ent surgeon.

Cracking sound is not an abnormal in this age. It may bz of not doing regular exercises or lazy life style. Do some regular exercises it will go soon intestines swelling- change your food habits. Have healthy food and more water.
