You must not overloaded your stomach with tasty food. Take nutritous diet full of protein and vitamins. Avoid oil and sugar. Drink plenty of liquids and eat salads and fruits. Do massage of your knee with seasame oil daily at night one inch above the knee and one inch below and under the hollow portion of knee andon the shin bone under the knee four inch 15 times each point daily for ten days. Increase your exercise slowly day by day.

Keep a towel roll under your neck while lying down. Deeply massage your neck and base of your head and give ice fermentation in the same area. If you find any relief you may have strain in your neck region.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful. Relief by: rest ice application stretching exercises will help a lot.

I got meniscus tore. Well an year back for the first time. I do met a doctor. He asked me to do some physical exercises at regular intervals. And again 2 months back I got meniscus tore again. 2nd time. Will it be a problem at future.

Hi yes you can use volini. = relax and stay positive. = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = consult physiotherapist. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Once I fell down from bike and balanced my two palms from that event I got pain in my thumb and next finger of thumb, I already took xray, scan and nothing happened in bones and checked physiotherapy too, I have doubt in neurological problem? because I can do exercise and heavy lifting but small work writing and message typing I got pain in fingers and in palm under the thumb.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini rasa after meals…. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jaggery after meals D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS….

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Kutaj parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hello Doctor, Good afternoon. I'm a 22 year old female. I face a major problem with sleeping. My problem is I either sleep continuously for days. Night and day. Or stay awake continuously for even 3 days. On days of sleeplessness although my eyes get extremely tired and painful I cannot sleep no matter how hard I try or whatever strategy I tend to use.
