For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and if necessary Get your blood checked for cbc, mp , widal , sgpt and urine r/m and revert back to us with reports

My weight is 105 Kg and I am just 21 years old. My height is 6.1' so I have started this thing to before a week lose my weight. I rise up and do some exercise. After that I used to take half warm lemon water at 7 am. After that I take my breakfast like some sugar free biscuits and a glass of water also at 8: 30 am. At 10: 30 am I take 1 route with mix vegetable.(except potato. At 1 pm I take 2 route with mix vegetable or fish curry and after take my lunch I used walk close to 10 minutes. I am take a snap at 3 pm till 5 pm. After taking snap I take a cup of red tea with sugar and after that I take 1 route with vegetables at 7: 30 pm. I take 2 route with vegetables as my dinner at 9 pm after take my dinner I walk at list 10 minutes. I used to sleep 11pm and I rise up at 6: 30 am daily. Is it right for me to reduce my weight? What you think. I need an advice and I reduce my fat as soon as possible. Please help me to get a superb fitness.

Along with this avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods etc. Eat lots of vegetables, whole fruit. Eat whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread, oats etc. Eat protein rich foods for long term weight loss program like fish, soy products, tofu, mushroom, cottage cheese, nut, peanuts, lean meat etc. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice like soft drinks, fruit juice, tea/coffee with sugar etc. Use food fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil etc. Drink lots of water about 3lit/day. Regular exercises like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups, sit ups etc. Use lukewarm water 5 mins after meals.

As you wear it for a longer period of time, so once after you remove your shoes wash your feet with a mild hot water with a pinch of salt and turmeric in it. Weekly once add lemon juice in hot water and rock salt to it immerse in it for few min later scrub it .one more please use a new socks daily after washing. And before putting your socks apply any skin lotion or coconut oil. That's enough.

Women lose hair on an inherited (genetic) basis, too, but the female pattern tends to be more diffuse, with less likelihood of the crown and frontal hairline being lost. More women have underlying causes of hair loss than men. These include treatable conditions like anemia and thyroid disease and polycystic ovary syndrom. first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. 1. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. 2. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. 3. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 4. wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 5. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 7. Drink minimum 1Bakson's Sunny Arnica Hair Conditioner.0 glasses of water per day. 8. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

You could meet a doctor regarding the stomach pain, and the connection with smoking may be far-fetched. You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting a reduction in smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged on. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check-up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact, these conditions can exist all through the day, unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heartbeat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact, it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chew gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. You could also join twitter2quit program and enjoy its success to give up smoking.

You should take Rawfilia Q thrice a day. Due to indigestion or gastric problem you are feeling tired. So take Nux Vomica thrice a day only two drops in water after every meal? Avoid overeating.

Hi. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's selenium 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

it could be due to stricture or obstruction of urethra which could be partial or complete. due to acute or chronic urinarybtract infection. so get your urine test done. and consult a urologist.

Thanks for the query. Losing weight is due to lack of intake. Also reduced energy levels can upset appetite. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

Mix chickpeas flour (besan), green gram flour, turmeric powder, rose water, and milk to form a paste. Then scrub your face with this paste for at least two minutes. Use this scrub consistently to get rid of your facial hair, naturally.

Sometimes periods may get delayed due to hormonal changes also. Unfortunately there is no solution for this. Take a home pregnancy test. If its negative, nothing to worry. If positive then consult a doctor. Please do not try to anything on your own. Do not follow any measures without consulting a doctor because they are highly risky.
