Dear lybrate user, you should take 40 gram butter sugar paste applied on chappati, bread daily for a month or two. Also drink mango shake banana shake daily for a month. Soaked black raisons in the morning you can take.

Hello lybrate user for preventing gray hairs massage with oil is very important. For this take coconut oil add some curry leaves in it boil oil and cool it massage with this oil to hairs atleast 15 min twice a week it helps in preventing premature graying of hairs. Also protein rich diet is very important add fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs in your daily diet.

Doc my problem is that a minute before I feel like everything is good but later I feel nothing worst like my life and so many things keep moving on my mind even wen I am sleeping sometimes I think my mind actually works more I dnt know why please help. Dear patient Do not panic.in human life cycle each and every persons have different problems. No solutions in psychology problems through any medicine. Keep mind free. For avoid negative thoughts make pranaya and yoga. Awake before sunrise. Best time 4.45 to 5.15 Am it is brahma muhurtham time. That time pray god and do meditation. Go temple which you like sit and pray. Read spiritual books. Avoid see internet things. Take easily digestive foods. Avoid Nv. Share your problems your well wishers. Do not dump. To go bed read books. It will get good sleep.

DEAR Lybrate USER. Follow few basic things so that you get better results in short period of time 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits . 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) TAKE 30 ml of divya shawasari pravahi (PATANJALI AYURVEDA) along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals, early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2 tablets of SWAS-KASA-CHINTAMANI RASA, early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. C) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals. Do all these things for 30 days. This formulation of treatment is effective.

My wife 40 years old have fluid retention problem on feet and on face when she get up in the morning. All the lft /kfts are normal. Hb 12.0 gm% face get normal after 1-2 hrs. Firstly foot edema was observed on her first pregnancy. What to do?

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9.Consult for further advice

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.
