You are misusing your voice. As a result your voice has become harsh. First and foremost you need to stop shouting completely. Take complete voice rest for 2 days. That means no talking for 2 days, not even whisper. And then get back to speech therapist for further exercises

Vocal cord modules occur as a result of faulty usage of voice, Acidity, shouting etc. Voice therapy will help you to remove faulty voice usage pattern and learn correct one. If it doesn't improve with speech therapy(voice) then we can plan for surgery but mostly it is required for small nodules.

Response from hearing aid depends on many factors- your current hearing level, quality of hearing aid, how well you have maintained it. I would advise first recheck your audiogram, if your hearing aid is programmable, get it reprogrammed as per your need, get it serviced/repaired. If any of this is not helpful, you need to go for new hearing aid, as per your listening needs.

If one child has autism then any possibility that next child of this couple can have any mental disorder.
It can be a risk but not always. More chances of having it but not likely that another child will have 100%. I have seen many healthy children as well as families having two kids with ASD.

Hi Maths can be reached with enjoyment and some technique. Is there any medical institutions that concentrate on child difficulty and treat them appropriately. Whether she should be counseled by any doctor? Bcoz in school also they asked to take her from school. So we are in confusion what to do. She should study 10th but she can pass and come from 9th.

MASLP

Get her evaluated by clinical psychologist for Learning disability. If it is the case ask them for possible concessions that could be availed for exam. All states have different rules. If not, a good teacher or remedial educator should help you out.

Yes. You can purchase it post consultation with Audiologist. You should take hearing instrument from a qualified audiologist only as they are trained to assess his loss, impairments in daily functioning and his needs and suggest you the best possible model as per suitability. Hearing instrument is just not an amplifier. It does a lot more function than that which ear does.

Yes, it can happen because of mild hearing loss. When you don't get enough feedback of you own voice, you tend to increase loudness. Consult an ENT to know the cause of mild hearing loss, if treatable get rid of it.

Yes fortunately nerve weakness cannot be cured. Depending on your type and degree of loss audiologist will suggest you a suitable hearing aid as per your need. Use of hearing aid will keep nerve and brain cells active, hence further progression will slow down. Hearing aid doesn't cure hearing problem, it is just an aid to reduce it's effect.

I won't show the anger or reply at that point but reflects my anger at home to my parents. I really feel bad for this. I am too soft. I am unable to speak up straight forward if I have any issues but letting in everything inside me. Finally this bursts at home to my parents. How can change my nature or attitude .please help.

lybrate-user you have a calm and composed personality, but you lack the skill to say 'no' It is perfectly fine to listen and accept to your own feelings. Do more introspection, that will help you to get in touch with your feelings. Feeling angry, upset or negative at a instance doesn't make you a bad person. Love yourself, listen to your feelings and speak for them at the very moment rather than carrying them with you.
