Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck. Leg pain- advice keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises hamstring stretching calf muscles stretching contrast bath.

Hi, tk homoeo medicines/ @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ wiesbaden 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Tk your meal on time, easily digestible. Avoid, caffeine, junkfood, cold intake. Ensure, sound sleep for 7 hrs. Tk care.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am 48 year male, when I start walking, after about a couple of minutes by right leg gets cramped from foot right up to the hip for about a minute with a bit of pain and then is normal again for a long period. It happens once or twice in a day. Please advise.

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain and also that would improve the cervical angle and improve the anatomical posture. The pain actually triggers due to nerve compression and that would definitely improve by wearing a cervical collar. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the back bone. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. back bone. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to back bone pain.. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing.

I'm 24 year old. From last 60 days I've been working in office for 14-16 hrs continuously which gave me back pain and I'm not comfortable now to sit and work. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Keep ice which will reduce the inflammation and that will there by reduce the pain Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the back bone. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing. you are too young, and you can improve your diet with good Iron, vitamin and calcium and protein diet.

Avoid using pillows. Is your back/leg pain occurring after you walk or is it continuous? kindly elaborate on the condition. Do you have any associated weight loss, fever too? is the pain more in morning/evening? avoid heavy weight lifts and bending forwards, use hot/c\old fomentation 2-3 times a day and go for early morning walks. I am 18 year old male. I had a very sedentary lifestyle for 2 years till now due to my education and I am overweight. Maybe this will help you explain the following symptoms. I have a pain sensation in my leg extending to the feet. Sometimes it is mostly a little pain sensation or weakness near the knee. Sometimes I have a burning pain in my fingers (not sure if it is finger joints) which grows and suddenly drops and is gone. I have been having a twitching left eye for nearly a week. And also I have problem of acidity mostly after junk and spicy food or if I have an empty stomach. Please tell what possibly could be the problem or is it just because of lifestyle?

This is just because of your lifestyle you are very much overweight first and foremost require the is to cut down on your weight by consuming lesser calories than you burn by the way of exercises etc second thing is empty stomach and junk food both causes acidity so nothing unusual about it you will have yo change all these things eat more fresh vegetables and fruits salads soups and avoid fried spicy and junk food also cut down on consumption of excessive tea coffee and cold drinks di vigorous exercises for atleast one hour every day drink plenty of water and eat smaller meals don't keep your stomach empty for more than three hours make a daily timetable and follow it strictly.

I am 63 yr old diabetic male, suffering from frozen shoulder(left) since last two months. Shoulder is partially unlocked after two weak physiotherapy treatment but the pain has increased. I have only one kidney with creatnine stable at 1. 9 and thus no pain killer is advised. The physiotherapist has now advised ultrasonic treatment. I seek your advice.

Frozen shoulder with diabetes needs more care. Other metabolic disorders should be ruled out. Advanced physiotherapy measures like ift, us, laser, micro wave, swd etc along with remidial exercises will help.

This is cervical pain (neck pain) If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to relieve the nerve compression This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer and it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain.

Spine block will block the transmission of sense along nerve. You will not feel pain. Not feeling pain does not mean that disc problem is cured. Pl avoid if u can tolerate the pain Pl send X-ray and other reports if you want to try Ayurvedic Medicine. Till then pl try to take Nycanthes (Harsingar) leaves decoction. Put one tsp turmeric pure to a glass of this decoction. Drink warm.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
