I am facing a pimples problem no resolution from long time. Have undergone lot of treatment but no issue.
Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight .Let me know your food intake details.The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to Weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered Dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. PPBS 350 mg means present dosage of insulin is inadequate, plus your diet is not properly controlled and probably there is no adequate exercise. We will have to look all the aspects of the treatment and see if any new drug/s can be added. For which I need to know following things: Fasting, PP blood glucose levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, BP readings, lipid profile. Plus all the drugs that you may be taking. It would be better if you come in a private conversation (paid consultation) then I will be able to guide specifically and even prescribe required medication. In the present communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines. No prescriptions are allowed. Thanks.

No, it's not normal. Avoid fast food, junk food, low oily diet. Use fibrous food like leafy vegetables, one fruit every day and plenty of water. It may helps your child to get rid of this problem.

I am 23 year old girl, I have uneven skin tone on my hands, the fist area is fair but the rest part of my hand up till arms is dark and skin is also not in good condition. I live in rajasthan and temperature here in summers is very high and I had never used sunscreen or lotion while going to school or tuition's in hot summer afternoon. Same is the case with face and neck as they were always exposed whereas my legs have lighter tone. I have tried few things like lemon and honey but nothing worked permanently. How can I get rid of sun burned skin and tan? I have combination, acne prone and sensitive skin. Can you please suggest some organic products, as I don't want to apply lots of chemicals to my skin. Fairness diet carrot salmon spinach lemons HERE ARE THE BEAUTY TIPS FOR QUICK FAIRNESS: 1. Application of lemon juice on your face can give you quick fairness. Lemon juice is acidic. Hence it naturally bleaches your skin. However don’t apply it undiluted. You might find the sting of undiluted lemon juice unbearable. So mingle it with few drops of water. You can also use a face mask made out of lemon juice and other ingredients like chickpea flour and almond. You need to soak about 5-6 almonds overnight in water. Next morning peel off the almond skins, crush almonds to a smooth paste, adding lemon juice and 2 tbsp chickpea flour to your mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and apply the mask all over face and neck. Keep for about 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat thrice a week. 2. Dry out the orange rinds. Ground those into a fine powder. Mingle the powder with curd and honey and apply it all over your face. Massage in a circular pattern for about 10-15 minutes and wash off with cold water. To achieve weight reduction, avoid the use of fried fish. Sardines, anchovies, tuna, mackerel etc are the best choices. 7. Low- calorie fruits and vegetables apart from the above items you can also use various low-calorie vegetables and fruits in the indian diet to lose weight. Vegetables such as bell peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes have very low calories. Low-calorie fruits for weight loss include lemons, grapes, apple, pears, oranges, plums, strawberries, watermelon, etc. 8. Healthy spices spices also contribute to weight reduction to a certain extent. You can include cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, ginger, mustard seeds, turmeric and black pepper in various food preparations for weight loss.
