Hi lybrate-user Eat with your eyes and your mind Make sure your dinner table has a spread of colours like yellow, green, red, orange, white. Add a lot of different fresh seasonal vegetables, raw salads and herbs. This will not only be pleasing to your palate by providing a burst of flavour but will also give it an aesthetic appeal, so the meal doesn’t look boring and monotonous. While you sit to eat, do not just shove the food in your mouth and gulp it down. The idea is to go slow, and enjoy the entire experience, relish your food as you chew it properly to enjoy every flavour in every bite. Focus on what you are eating the texture, the visual appeal, the aroma of the dish. Eating mindfully will make it an enjoyable experience while assisting in better digestion, make you feel more fuller by avoiding overeating and prevent a lot of stomach distress like gas, bloating or acidity Take smaller portion Tips for quick weight loss \ blogs \ Just for Hearts Tips for quick weight loss \ blogs \ Just for Hearts Eating a smaller portion of food at a time helps in the breakdown of the food in an effective way so that the entire calories obtained from the food are used up by the body for all the bodily functions. When you eat a large meal, the excess energy which goes unused by the system gets stored as fat and causes weight gain. A good idea would be to use smaller plates so the plate looks fuller and psychologically makes you feel that you have eaten enough while eating from a larger plate makes you pile up your plate with more food which in turn makes you eat more calories. Fill up your stomach only up to 80% We have been raised to eat until we are absolutely full so we don’t feel hungry later. Either that or because traditionally Indian consider it a taboo to leave any food on the plates so we eat off the kids plates because he/she won’t eat anymore, also we have seen our moms finish the leftover paratha or grab an extra spoon rice even if they are not too hungry, just so that they don’t have to throw it away as they are usually the last ones to eat. Not realising how much damage we are doing to our bodies by eating more than what our body needs. However, it is better to stuff ourselves and only eat until we feel adequately full. Yes, you will feel hungry after few hours and that ok. It only means less pressure on your intestines and delaying the ageing process of the cells which can prevent heart attacks, diabetes and cancer. Eat small snacks every few hours. Having said that eating till you are 80% full will make you hungry for more, it is a good practice to eat 5-6 meals a day instead of the traditional 3 meal pattern of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat a healthy snack like a fresh whole fruit or nuts like almonds, walnuts, unsalted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, low fat curd or unsalted chaas, hard boiled eggs between main meals every 2-3 hours. This will help to keep you burning more calories throughout the day as the digestion process continuous to keep your metabolism up and running. Also, your body will thank you for feeling light and energetic throughout the day because of the regular supply of an array of nutrients and maintaining your blood sugar levels Have a light supper or dinner As they say, Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a commoner and dinner like a popper it is important to start the day with a filling wholesome breakfast to kick start your metabolism and taper down your meals as the sun goes down. Your last meal should happen atleast 3 hours before your bedtime so the body has enough time to digest the meal properly before you go to bed. If you eat a heavy meal too close to bedtime, the body cannot digest it properly leading to indigestion, acid reflux, disturbed sleep making you wake up next morning feeling sluggish and tired. As the day goes the body tends to slow down and to go into a repair and recovery mode to heal the body from the days stress and wear and tear. Also, since we are not physically active in the night time all the excess calories get stored as fat in the body Eat vegetables first Vegetables are full of fibre and when you consume them first, this fibre helps to cover whatever is eaten after and inhibits insulin spikes and the speed at which sugar is transported into the blood. Proteins such as fish, chicken, paneer or sprouts are harder to digest when they are eaten first and everything else eaten after would take time making you feel bloated. Raw vegetables contain a digestive enzyme that helps break down proteins. Eat more fiber Eating more fiber, makes feel fuller, can increase satiety and makes you lose weight. Make sure you eat about 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables, raw or cooked throughout the day Reduce sugar as much as possible Tips for quick weight loss \ blogs \ Just for Hearts Tips for quick weight loss \ blogs \ Just for Hearts To achieve a flatter belly, make sure you have as low as zero grams of sugar. Opt for healthier natural sweetener such as honey, dates, dates syrup, figs but don’t overdo it. Add chopped strawberries or other fruits like apples, pear to your morning oatmeal to satisfy the sweet tooth. Adding a little cinnamon or ilaichi to your food and coffee or tea also add some flavour and helps to maintain your blood sugar levels Tea is key Green tea has zero calories and is loaded with antioxidants that helps to clear the system of any toxins and help in digestion of the food consumed. The catechin found in green tea have been proven to increase your metabolism even when you are not physically active which makes it an excellent alternative to your regular chai or other creamy beverages. Drink up Gustling down water is indeed the easiest thing you can do for your body to lose the love handles. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you’re likely to slow down that process, meaning it’s more difficult for you to burn calories. One study showed that drinking a half liter (17 oz) of water about a half an hour before meals helped dieters eat fewer calories and lose 44% more weight. Anything that increases your awareness of what you are eating is likely to be useful.

Most likely it ie because of urine infection especially if she is going to loo frequently and there is burning sensation while passing urine. Start her on antibiotics. If it is vaginal bleeding it is because of breakthrough bleeding due to pill which is expected.

It won't turn black again but we can make other hairs healthy so that we can maintain blackness of the hair and I will suggest you to take tablet oroferxt once a day for three months and follow up with finding

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

Keloid scars are generally not treated in allopathy except in early stages radiotherapy is given with satisfying results.
In Ayurveda some vaidyas use Honey and Lavendor oil mixture application on scars for few months and keliid collagen van be controlled. Kanchnar guggul may so be added 2 BD.

Walking is good for health, It is true over activities cause wear and tear of Joints and muscles---- while doing for fitness you have to consider your day today activities Example: If your life is sedentary and you don't walk in day/ or you are confined to office chair only then it is good and there no harm If you walk 1 hr daily---- also if you are walking on treadmill please avoid walking on it more than 15 minutes daily, it may damage your knees, Thanks, buck up for your walking (It is a good habit)

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1. Tab biotin daily for 1 month 2. Tab fe (if your fe level is reeduce) 3. Scalp massage with antioxidant oil 4. Regain lotion bd for long time.

If your hair is damaged and you are suffering from dandruff, some simple changes into your daily nutrition needs & hair care can give you thick, bouncy and shiny hair. While your hair mostly depends on your genetics;  stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry,  etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in a while. Take bland diet, Avoid spicy food., drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting and taking junk food Don’t skip your breakfast. If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. Dandruff is the one of the hair chronic. When we face the dandruff our hair scalp is itching and flaking. It is the worst hair problem faced many people. The dandruff leads to the itching, irritation, hair loss and hair thinning. The regular usage of the shampoos can’t clear the dandruff completely. They just washed the dandruff after 4-5 days dandruff is coming back. There are medicated shampoos in the market to treat the dandruff. Use the homoepathic shampoo and oil along with homoepathic treatment to treat the dandruff. Massage 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into your scalp and let it sit for a minute. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat daily until no longer needed. While excess oil can be a root cause of dandruff, homoepathic arnica oil can still be helpful in keeping it under control. All time best home remedy to remove dandruff quickly and effectively with fenugreek seeds. Soak 2 tsp of fenugreek (methi) seeds in water overnight. Grind methi seeds into a fine paste the next morning. Apply this paste on the scalp, leave for half an hour and wash off. You can add the lemon juice or curd to the fenugreek paste also. Do not throw the water in which fenugreek seeds were soaked. Use this water as an after-shower hair tonic or last rinse. Follow the regime once in a week. Aloe Vera is a wonderful plant that is available right at your kitchen garden. You have to pluck a leaf, cut it from the middle and extract the gel from there. Apply Aloe vera gel to your scalp and hair before hair wash. It is very effective in treating dandruff & itchy oily scalp. You can also get a soothing touch over your scalp along with eradication of dandruff. Use 2-4 days old curd to do this. All you need to do is apply this curd on to your scalp and hair. Wash off after 20 minutes.
