I am 17 years old and I am having a problem in excretion of bowels, I had last excreted yesterday morning and then onwards I am having too much formation of gas in my stomach. What should I do?

General Physician (AM)

Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. Maybe you could do a food diary for a period, eliminate a couple of items at a time and build up until you have added enough other of good items to make the stools loose. Oatmeal helps out tremendously. Figure out the diet and once you've added enough good things, slowly pull back on the laxatives and pay attention as you go. This could be a food allergy, do some research, usually its lactose (dairy), nuts, sugar, food coloring, preservatives. Try to avoid boxed and processed foods which have more preservatives, calories, fat, high carb. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication. Consult me in private.

My mom having abdominal pain. Usg shows antero inferior wall uterine fibroid measuring 1.8×1.7 cm. Need any surgical intervention?

DNB (Radio Diagnosis), MBBS
Radiologist, Hyderabad
My mom having abdominal pain. Usg shows antero inferior wall uterine fibroid measuring 1.8×1.7 cm. Need any surgical ...
Fibroids by themselves usually have no symptoms. However they can cause the following symptoms - 1. If they undergo degeneration they can become painful. 2. They can abut the lining of the uterus and cause pain due to uterine spasms and also cause increased bleeding during menstruation. If your mother is post menopausal (stopped having cycles) then for such a small fibroid you can leave it alone. However if she is having bleeding issues also then she may need surgery. Best assessed by a gynaecologist with all accompanying reports.

Sir, I had a dense sludge in gall bladder. Is the operation only way for it or it can cured with medicine?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Delhi
Sir, I had a dense sludge in gall bladder. Is the operation only way for it or it can cured with medicine?
No, Gallbladder sludge/stones can be cleansed using medicines only. Gallbladder sludge should be removed using medicines only, there is no need to undergo surgery or operations you can connect with and I can provide you with treatment by which you can get cured with our medicines only. The medicines are combination of herbal and homeopathic only. I will suggest you to avoid surgery there is no need of it. You need to take medicines that can help in removing them naturally such as our medicines combination of herbal and homeo that will help in removing stones. Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. This leads to an imbalance of the acid-alkali balance in the body which causes the cholesterol to precipitate in the gall bladder leading to stone formation. Over time, these may get infected and lead to an acute inflammation, pain, fever etc. A stone may move ahead into a narrow passage or the duct and get stuck leading to severe agony. The safest and way that should be used to remove gallbladder sludge or gallstones is remove it naturally, not just remove sludge from gallbladder but also remove the cause of it.
