You can take high protein diet like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts etc and if you workout daily then whey protein is good for you.

Hye Thank you for the query. To keep fit you have to eat as per your body's needs. Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal . Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Have local and seasonal foods. Sleep well and drink plenty of water.

My wife 39 years old sufferring from neck, back and knee pain since 3-4 years. Mri findings are gap in l5, l6. Please advise, how to treat this pain anf cure permenantly as surgery is not safe.

Hello . I think you should redo mri from good radiologist as there is nothing like l6 in body. Only l5 is there n below that starts s1.

Iam a 26 year lady and iam very lean just 40 kg' s. I want to put on weight. Though I eat much more than others i am still underweight. I do eat non veg and all the fatty foods. I do went for body check up and found no problem. Please suggest!

to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule. You don't have to take any medicine to become fat. Eat more no. Of chapatis, more rice with butter or ghee. Eat more fresh dark green leafy vegetables, more fresh fruits and also take fruit juices. Take creamed milk and also take milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also you must take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hye, Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back, arms, neck muscles too. Lastly be committed. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Before starting any treatment you require to have micro exam of ear. Also if nothing abnormal it may be Neuralgia or reffered pain of toothache or tonsillitis or any infective leasion in throat. Also sinus problem can give rise to ear ache....take pain killer

A good balance between exercise and food intake is important, as this helps to maintain muscle strength and a healthy body weight. At least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity, such as walking, is recommended every day. Adult diets should be low in fat, especially saturated fat. Saturated fat, which is the main fat in animal products, fried foods, chocolate, cakes and biscuits, is more easily deposited as fat tissue than unsaturated fat. Saturated fat can also be converted into cholesterol and cause blood cholesterol levels to rise. Most important do not skip breakfast.

Dear lybrate user, for weight gain. Avoid fast food, junk food, heavy food, oily, spicy etc food which are heavy in digest. Take good nutrition base diet which contains vitamins, minerals, protein etc like green leafy vegetables. Take milk two times in a day. Avoid stress and anger. It is most important. Take enough sleep. Take one hour sleep at noon time also. Enjoy light music if you like. Develop your hobby one hour per day. Think positive. Take enough rest. Avoid too much physical and mental work. Take fermented diet once in a week. Take dry fruits. Take grapes, watermelon, banana etc fruit which is heavy in calory.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (BMI) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.
