Do some muscle building exercise to gain weight.Eat more food more frequently.Do not skip meals Use whole cream milk.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Use nuts,seeds as snacks.Take more fish,egg,meat etc.Use healthy oil in cooking extra.Take proper rest.These are basic but for quick and effective result consult me privately on Lybrate.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every meal will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

If you manage your diet well and eat proteins like egg, fish, chicken or paneer or beans, then your protein requirements will be taken care off. With every meal eat a little bit of protein. Lower the amount of starches from your meals and add healthy oils like ghee, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed til oil. If at all you want to supplement then you can use whey protein powder.

For gaining weight few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

You might have sprained your neck you can take ice pack if there is swelling or else apply hot fomentation twice a day for 10 minutes each.

This is the best type of yoga for weight loss which also aids in increasing height. This yoga pose lengthens the spines and strengthens the legs, feet, arms, and shoulders. It is also helpful for relieving fatigue, insomnia, headache, and stress. Begin on all fours and lift your hips up by straightening your legs so that your body forms an inverted v shape. Maintain your hands shoulder width apart and feet hip-width apart. Keep your shoulders wide and press your hands on the ground. Hold the pose in a relaxed manner while taking long breaths. Wait for 30 seconds and come back to the starting position. Repeat it 2 to 3 times.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

You may be having inadequate or poor quality sleep. Also need to check hemoglobin, thyroid,sugar etc blood tests.
