How to remove stones in kidney. Can it be removed permanent or not? please tell me, ayurvedic treatment.

How to remove stones in kidney. Can it be removed permanent or not? please tell me, ayurvedic treatment.
what are the size of the stones? stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive procedures. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers. I am a doctor and renal (kidney) registered dietitian who will also prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help pass your kidney stone quickly and with less pain. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Sexually transmitted disease can only be possibly when exposure is there, if the test is negative then it is nothing to worry but this does not ruled out the possibility of any infection if exposure is there, if you want to save from infection then be safe as long as coitus is concern.

Dear lybrate user, there could be many reasons for this symptoms, common ones being infection or presence of a stone in the tract. A few more details are required to find out the exact reason and some urine sample test to begin with, hence a consultation is advised. Till you consult a doctor, you should drink lots of water (atleast 3-4 litres/day), and you could take some Cranberry juice as this has some evidence in urinary tract infections.

I am 25 years old male. I have a stone problem in my kidney last three years what can I do.
Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Please send ur USG report because medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

Take homeopathic treatment. Although kidney stones are considered a case for surgery under the conventional mode of medicine, Homeopathic medicines can break down and dissolve kidney stones or help them pass out as it is without surgical intervention. In fact, Homeopathic medicines have shown the most remarkable results in treating the recurrent tendency towards formation of kidney stones. Some top Homeopathic medicines for kidney stones are Berberis Vulgaris, Lycopodium Clavatum, Hydrangea Arborescens, Can notharis Vesicatoria, Benzoic Acid and Sarsaparilla Officinalis. Consult online on private chat with the reports for the homeopathic medicine as detailed case history is required in order to prescribe the best suited remedy.

Frequent Urination - Is It A Symptom of An Overactive Bladder?

DNB (UROLOGY)
Urologist, Jammu
Frequent Urination - Is It A Symptom of An Overactive Bladder?

An overactive bladder is a condition that is characterized by a problem in the bladder storage function; a problem that eggs one on to urinate frequently. This condition can cause problems in your social and work life. You may isolate yourself from others and feel embarrassed about the situation.

Symptoms
If you have an overactive bladder, you may exhibit symptoms of frequent urination, involuntary leakage of urine and frequent urge to urinate. These symptoms might disrupt your daily life; so it is important to seek advice from a medical practitioner.

Causes
To better understand what causes an overactive bladder, you need to know how the urination process works. Urine is produced by the kidneys, which flows to the bladder. During urination, the urine is excreted from an opening in the bladder and flows out via the urethra. As the kidneys secrete urine, the bladder starts to fill up. During this stage, nerve signals are sent to the brain; signals that trigger your body to urinate. The bladder muscles tighten that pushes the urine out of the body.

An overactive bladder results from the involuntarily contraction of the bladder, which might happen even if the content of urine in the bladder is low. These contractions create the urge to urinate. The various causes of an overactive bladder are:

  1. Excessive fluid intake, if your fluid intake is high, then you may have the tendency to urinate frequently.
  2. Presence of tumors or stones in the bladder can make the bladder overactive as well.
  3. Excessive alcohol or caffeine consumption has the same effect as an excessive intake of fluids has.
  4. Urinary tract infections may interfere with the entire process of urination, thus causing your bladder to swell up and become overactive.
  5. Other diseases and conditions such as constipation and an enlarged prostate can hamper bladder functioning.

Treatment
There are multiple approaches to treat an overactive bladder; your doctor may use one or a combination of multiple methods.

  1. Medications: Medications such as Trospium and Tolterodine help in relaxing the bladder. These medications help treat symptoms of frequent urination.
  2. Bladder injections: Botox is a protein that is injected into the bladder that causes partial paralysis of the bladder muscles. This helps in treating the constant urge to urinate. However, its effects are temporary as they last for 6-9 months.
  3. Lifestyle modifications: Certain lifestyle modifications such as incorporating exercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles, maintaining optimal weight levels and bladder training to control its functioning can help with managing an overactive bladder.
  4. Surgery: If the other treatments do not produce the desired results, then surgery is usually recommended. The aim of the surgery is to enhance the storage capacity of the bladder and reduce bladder pressure.

Hi, I appreciate you seeking help. Well, did you ever go through a urine analysis/ culture? Your symptoms may be because of a chronic bacterial infection, of the urinary tract too. As I understand, you are currently being treated with antibiotics for H. Pylori infection. For the time being, just keep your diet healthy & balanced and keep up an active lifestyle. A Mediterranean diet, with lots of deep leafy greens and seasonal fruits, can help. Also include more of fresh turmeric and tomatoes in your diet. You can take 200 ml of fresh and unsweetened cranberry juice daily. Stay well hydrated too, consume at least 8 to 10 glasses of clean & filtered water daily. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely,
