Hi, got your pain, my request to drop salty food habits before 12-15 days enroll for basti ayurveda detox, till then devdarvy arishtha/kumari asav no. 1 4 tsf twice a day before food, for 12-15 days.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus is a disease occurring due to either lack of insulin or resistance to its action or both as in t2 dm or total absence of insulin as in t1 dm. T1 is usually seen in younger age, starting with early childhood on wards. Here the only treatment is insulin injections, there is no other option. Plus diet control and exercise. In t2 there are a number of drugs used apart from insulin injections, plus the modified life style. The exact" solution" will depend upon type of diabets one has. Whatever may be the option it will have to be continued for life time.

Hi lybrate-user So here we reveal 10 secrets to have a perfect flat tummy: Flat tummy The simplest way to have a flat tummy is performing abs exercises regularly. Examples are- sit ups, crunches etc. Avoid having large meals. It is preferable to have small and frequent meals. One can keep away from bulky belly built, because of heavy meals. Avoid taking a nap in the afternoon after your meals. Taking a nap will relax your digestive system and will store all the fat in your abdomen area. One can start doing exercises like push-ups, pull-ups for one set with minimum 10 repetitions. Eat less sugar and sweets as possible. One can even make it to no sugars a day. Avoid sitting at one place for the whole day. If you are a sedentary worker then walk in your parking area during your lunch break after meals. This will help in better digestion. Chew your food properly. It is said that chewing your food 32 times keeps your digestive system healthy and also allows you to eat less food. Add plenty of salads in your diet as they do not contain fats and calories in them. They are simple to digest and don’t get stored in your tummy area. Avoid drinking lot of alcohol. Alcohol gives empty calories, which get store in your stomach area for long period of time and make you fat and obese. Having a peg is fine but occasionally that too red wine. Avoid having fried, junk or heavy snacks. Go for light, low calorie snacks options like puffed cereals, khakra, brown bread sandwich etc. These are simple ways in which you can have a flat tummy.
