Dear, To increase wrist size and get strong wrist follow these methods & instructions : • Increase intake of calcium rich diet such as milk , cheese ,curd ,green leafy vegetables, spinach , cabbage, soya products (tofu, carrot . * Give a gentle massage to hand and wrist joint once a day with any oil. * Do some wrist exercises daily. Such as hold the 1 litre water filled bottle in both hands with the hand facing upwards & move the wrist up & down without moving the elbow joint. Repeat this exercise 3-4 times a day & slowly increase the weight after 7-10 days according to your strength.

Here are the instructions for mobile phone use: 1. Blink, blink and blink again. Blinking often (and for more than a second) keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness and irritation. We tend blink about a third less than we normally would when we stare at our smartphone screens, which starves our poor peepers of protective tears. Keep your eyes wet by blinking about 10 times every 20 minutes or so and you should be good to go. 2. Minimize glare. Unless you have a smartphone equipped with anti-glare Corning Gorilla Glass or use a matte screen protector film, you’re probably coping with a fair amount of annoying reflective glare. 3. Take breaks. Follow 20-20-20 rule. The concept is to take a break from looking at your screen every 20 minutes for 20 seconds while looking at something 20 feet away. Doing so relaxes your eye muscles 4. Adjust your brightness. Having your screen too bright or too dark stresses your eyes out and can cause problems maintaining focus. To eliminate either issue in about a matter of seconds, simply go into your smartphone settings and adjust your screen brightness so it’s about the same as the light level in the environment around you 5. Tweak your text size and contrast. Adjusting your smartphone text contrast and size also provides a little much-needed relief. 6. Keep a clean screen. Routinely wipe down your smartphone screen with a dry (not wet!) cleaning cloth to remove distracting dust, grime, smudges and fingerprints. 7. Hold your smartphone farther away. Try holding yours at least 16 to 18 inches away from your eyes to give your eyes a break.

Usually different types of fruit pulps help reducing them like orange. But best advise is to wear a sun screen lotion that contains SPF 15 or more.

Hello, I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid spicy food Consult physician for further management Also I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet

Dear Dr, I am 27 year male sir mujhe acidity ki problem hai. Lunch ya dinner karne ke baad stomach heavy lagta hai limit mei khane ke baad bi. Mujhe chest mei pain hota hai aur saath mei chest aur stomach ke tik center mei bi pain hota hai. Din bar mei 3 se 4 baar washroom jana padta hai. Mei bahar ka food oily, spicy avoid karta hu toh bi problem ho rahi hai. Please doctors koi treatment bataiye jisse mei tik ho jahu. Doctor ko consult karne par bi kuch jhada effect nahi hua. Please permanent solution bataiye kyuki Problem day by day increase ho rahi hai. Thanks.

Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. After that it is natural physiological process. Genetic factor is the main cause.
