Wash your face twice daily with a cream based face wash. Apply a toner. Then apply a moisturiser. Follow this regime morn even. Use a night cream before sleep. Eat healthy. Avoid junk. Take enough sleep as all this would give your skin good nourishment n time for repair. Take plenty vegetables n fruits. N drink 7-8 glasses of water daily.

Dear lybrateuser, You should do following exercises: Hands are placed behind the head and fingers interlocked. The elbows are pulled back as much as possible and the head and neck needs to remain straight. This posture causes the chest to fill out in front. Bend from the hips, forward and down, to a horizontal position. This position is held for 2-3 seconds. It is very important that the elbows, head, and neck remain straight during the exercise. Strengthening the Chest and Back Muscles Do 25 push-ups each day. Another exercise to strengthen the chest muscles: Lie with your back on the floor and with arms stretched out on each side. Place small weights in each hand. Keeping arms straight, bring them together over the chest. Do this exercise 25 times each Deep Breathing with Breath Holding: Do this exercise in the morning and evening. Stand up straight with the shoulders pulled back. Breathe in as deeply as possible and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat 20 times. Remember: Total exercise time should be no more than 10 minutes. This exercise program will not cure a severe pectus excavatum; however, it will help to correct poor posture, prevent progression of a mild pectus excavatum, make surgical correction easier and help prevent recurrence after bar .

Wash face daily At least for 3 times. Massage over face with liquid parts of eggs before going to sleep daily for one month. Apply skinlite cream over face two times after washing and drying your face. Take Tab. Scion 400 mg daily once one month.

Hello, The black corners of the mouth or black discolouration around mouth can be due to lip licking, vit. B2 deficiency, smoking, overexposure to sun or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. So, take some vitamin B12 supplements (like becosule) and avoid lip licking. Keep yourself well hydrate, drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day. You should apply a good lip balm and sunscreen with spf 30 at least half an hour before going out in sun. Also, apply homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Witch Hazel over the affected area twice.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Aerobic and resistance training can help reduce sleep apnea symptoms, while yoga is also good for strengthening the muscles in your airways and improving breathing. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals within two hours of going to bed. Maintain regular sleep hours. Sticking to a steady sleep schedule will help you relax and sleep better. Apnea episodes decrease when you get plenty of sleep.

The problem is not eating enough and not eating right. If you eat sensibly and when the body needs you will not put on unwanted fats. Avoiding meals and crashing your intake to lose weight will in fact cause weight gain. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Stay active. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Follow these best tips to get normal and natural pink lips:- 1. Moisturize your lips you must keep your lips moisturized if you want them to stay healthy and therefore pink. If you are going outside, try applying a bit of petroleum jelly or lip balm and if you are inside, use some milk fat (ghee). 2. Use pomegranate seeds and milk. Another simple way to lighten dark, dull lips and create a beautiful pink color is using pomegranate seeds. Crush up the seeds and mix it with some milk cream. If you apply this home remedy to your lips regularly, you will start to see them becoming redder and fuller. 3. Apply cucumber juice another great way to reduce any darkness on your lips is to apply a bit of cucumber juice. Simply slice a cucumber, rubbing it against your lips to allow the juices to soak on. If you do this for five minutes each day, you can lighten dark lips to a beautiful pink color. 4. Mix rose petals in milk. Rose petals are another one of the great home remedies for pink lips. Simply soak some rose petals in milk for a little bit of time. Then use the petals to make a paste, adding a few drops of both glycerin and honey. Apply the paste on your lips and wait fifteen minutes before gently rubbing it off using milk. This remedy can produce amazing results. 5. Massage with lemon juice another remedy only requires lemon and some sugar. Cut a thin slice from the lemon, sprinkling a bit of sugar on top and rub your lips with this combination each day. This works well because lemon works to naturally bleach your lips, returning them to their light, pink color while sugar works to exfoliate dead skin cells.

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Is this problem is related to any season? 3. is redness also present? 4. which soap you are using? 5, Are you taking any medicine for any medical condition? follow advices given below: 1. Do not use harsh soap 2. You can use Calamine lotion local application for Itching for 3-5 day 3. Avoid Synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth 4.It may be due to any internal problem/ food allergy or allergy to any drug 5. Sudden change in Body temperature like taking bath immediately after Hot tea can give rise to this problem consult me for further management

Hello, Kindly explain me what type of Mentrual problem is there - are you getting periods frequently/ getting delayed/ much bleeding during the menses? Since how long you have been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any medical condition do you have? Have you got your investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. hello sir, you should take green tea along with 5 almonds soaked overnight and a medium apple before doing your workout. empty stomach workout is not advisable sir as your body won't be able to deliver oxygen in large amounts to other organs. thank you
