I am a 63 years old male. For the last couple of weeks, or more, I am getting itching and scratching feeling at various parts otf the body at various times. It comes suddenly and goes after a little while. Also, suddenly I get red rashes at certain places in the body. These also come and go. Then, I had clotting type red brown on my hand below the elbows. Once in the left hand and once on the right hand. Otherwise, I feel pretty much healthy. I do my vigorous morning exercises like a little bit fast walking and jogging. I do fast cycling lying on my back on my bed. In fact, my heart rate goes upto 88/90 and comes back to 65/70 within a minute. And, in the evening, I do brisk walking for at least 15/20 minutes and climb up the 4 floors, where I live. Can you please suggest what you think could be wrong which is causing this itching and rashes and clotting? Thanks and regards.

Hi as you mentioned about your problems related to skin rashes, reddish and itches, it indicates some imbalance of your metabolism and due to that some toxins are accumulated in blood and it is causing infection to you. I would like to suggest you to follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroots and green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. You may use khichari and dariya with green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Warm milk boiled with haldi twice daily. Avoid oily or junk food, hot spiced and sour products e. G. Pickles etc and nonveg as well as dahi. You may use the following ayurveda medicines as bellow. 1- arogyavardhini vati. 1 tab soot shekhar ras. 1 tab nirocil. 1 tab panchtikta ghrutguggulu. 2tabs twice daily with warm water after break fast and dinner. 2- mahamanjisthadi kwath 10ml sarivadyarist. 15ml with water after meals. The regular use of above prescribed medicines for three months will help you for your problems.

There is no direct relation between masturbation and acne but masturbation is bad in long term for married life in future, better to stop. Acne pimples are common in young age, acne can be caused by a combination of several factors, including heredity, hormones, stress, and lack of sufficient nutrition. In addition, acne can be made worse by the use of oil-based makeup. The treatment is to be comprehensive includes local herbal paste and internal.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

You can keep a cotton soaked in Clove oil in the cavity of the paining tooth or simply a Clove bud into the cavity and press it between jaws. Take a Crocin tablet if pain persists. See a dentist as soon as possible. Dentist will diagnose the problem by taking an X-ray of the concerned tooth and suggest you a proper treatment for that.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Most common reasons for hiccups are- -Stretching of the stomach after eating or drinking -Sudden emotional excitement -Sudden change of air temperature (eg. Cool shower) -Very hot/cold food or drink -A large meal -Alcohol or excess smoking. Here are some remedies you can try out to stop the hiccups. - Cinnamon powder is an effective remedy for hiccups. Boil 1 ½ cups of water and add a teaspoon of freshly ground cardamom powder in it. Allow the liquid to cool and then strain the liquid and drink. This remedy helps the muscles of the diaphragm to relax and this will stop your hiccups. - Chew and suck on a piece of fresh ginger. - Place a teaspoon of sugar below your tongue and let it gradually melt. -Drink a glass full of iced water. This sudden strong temperature can help the diaphragm muscles to relax. If the hiccups persist for more than 3-4 hour, you need to see your physician to detect other more serious underlying medical conditions.

Most physical activity helps you sleep better

Certain types of physical activity help you sleep better, while others might leave you tossing and turning, a new study finds.

Researchers looked at data from a survey of more than 429, 000 american adults. They found that activities such as walking, bicycling, running, weight lifting, aerobics/calisthenics, gardening, yoga/pilates and golfing were all linked to better odds of a good night's slumber.

But, people who got physical activity from household chores and child care had a greater risk of poor sleep, according to the study.

Results of the study were presented this week at the annual meeting of the associated professional sleep societies, in seattle. Findings presented at meetings are generally viewed as preliminary until they've been published in a peer-reviewed journal.

The results of this study were surprising, according to study leader michael grandner, a psychiatry instructor at the center for sleep and circadian neurobiology at the university of pennsylvania in philadelphia.

" not only does this study show that those who get exercise simply by walking are more likely to have better sleep habits, but these effects are even stronger for more purposeful activities, such as running and yoga, and even gardening and golf" grandner said in a university news release.

" it was also interesting that people who receive most of their activity from housework and child care were more likely to experience insufficient sleep -- we know that home and work demands are some of the main reasons people lose sleep" grandner added.

" these results are consistent with the growing scientific literature on the role of sleep in human performance. Lab studies show that lack of sleep is associated with poor physical and mental performance, and this study shows us that this is consistent with real-world data as well" he explained.

But since the study design only allowed the researchers to find associations between activity and sleep, instead of proof of a cause-and-effect relationship, more studies are needed, according to grandner.

Follow these best tips to get red lips :- * Moisturize your lips you must keep your lips moisturized if you want them to stay healthy and therefore pink. If you are going outside, try applying a bit of petroleum jelly or lip balm and if you are inside, use some Milk fat ( ghee). * Use Pomegranate Seeds and Milk. Another simple way to lighten dark, dull lips and create a beautiful pink color is using pomegranate seeds. Crush up the seeds and mix it with some milk cream. If you apply this home remedy to your lips regularly, you will start to see them becoming redder and fuller. * Apply Cucumber Juice Another great way to reduce any darkness on your lips is to apply a bit of cucumber juice. Simply slice a cucumber, rubbing it against your lips to allow the juices to soak on. If you do this for five minutes each day, you can lighten dark lips to a beautiful pink color. * Mix Rose Petals in Milk. Rose petals are another one of the great home remedies for pink lips. Simply soak some rose petals in milk for a little bit of time. Then use the petals to make a paste, adding a few drops of both glycerin and honey. Apply the paste on your lips and wait fifteen minutes before gently rubbing it off using milk. This remedy can produce amazing results. * Massage with Lemon Juice Another remedy only requires lemon and some sugar. Cut a thin slice from the lemon, sprinkling a bit of sugar on top and rub your lips with this combination each day. This works well because lemon works to naturally bleach your lips, returning them to their light, pink color while sugar works to exfoliate dead skin cells. * Mix Honey, Almond Oil and Sugar Another great remedy is to mix sugar, honey and a little bit of olive or almond oil. Apply this to your lips, massaging it in for ten minutes. Quit Smoking. Smoking can be one of the main reasons your lips might be dark and dull. Remember that if you quit, your lips won’t just get pinker; your entire body will be healthier including your lungs and you will live longer as well. Stay Hydrated. If you want beautiful, pink lips, one of the most important things to do is to stay hydrated. Try to increase your intake of water and drink fresh fruit juices as these will work together to keep you hydrated, giving you healthy, soft lips.

Hello, Change in the colour of the hair could be due to nutritional deficiency or else excessive exposure to sunlight. So Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

There are two reasons for this. First it may be some old injury, abrasion or cut over the area which removed the hair follicle. Second may be due to fungal infection which causes patchy baldness of affected area. If it is due to injury nothing can be done. If due to fungal then anti-fungals are needed. Also treatment of hair if dandruff is present.

Hello, walking on stairs will help you to reduce or maintain weight but not this is not enough efforts.follow the below also to get desired results;- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Apply mixture of amalaki musta haridra manjishtha amraharidra raktachandanacha and masurdal powder in equal quantity with rose waster daily at least for 20 mins and apply manjishtha with honey for pigmentation.
