Comodones is the technical term used for blackheads which generally occur on the face & nose. Here are some simple home remedies: 1) apply honey onto the affected area & wash off with warm water after 15 minutes. 2) baking soda mask: prepare a mixture of baking soda & water to make a paste. Apply gently to the affected part. Allow to dry for few minutes & then rinse it off with warm water to remove away the oil & dirt that cause blackheads. Good luck.

I have lot of pimples on my face. What should I do to decrease pimples on my face?
To prevent pimples, eating fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided. To begin with- Take fruit diet once in a week, which consist of fresh juice, fruits, coconut water and vegetable (green leafy). Warm water enema should be taken daily to clean the bowels and constipation. Take a balanced diet with an alkaline base, which consists of sprouted cereals, whole grain cereals and vegetables. Vitamin a, e and b can be used to treat acne. Green tea and walnuts help to keep your skin pimple free. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day is good for emission of toxin from the body. Always try to include low-fat dairy products in your meal. These are a good source of vitamin a. Homoepathic remedies helps to get rid of pimples, scars without side effects permanently If you have any specific question about your condition, consult for treatment. You can buy acne and pimples package offered by me which includes medicine and consultation.

Know more about Hair Transplant Operation

Two types of Hair Transplant operations - FUE and FUT

Good morning  this Dr Vikas Panthri. In our previous video had talked about the pre-operative management of hair transplant. Today we shall talk about the hair transplant procedure parse. The hair transplant operation is of two types Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT) or follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). In both the operations we have three steps extraction of the follicles, the slitting where we are creating slits for the follicles to be implanted and implantation on the following slits which we have created.

Now both of these surgeries differ in their first step which is extraction. In follicular unit transplant method we are taking out a strip from your back of your head from one ear to another ear which is 1 to 1.5 cm wide.  After we take out the skin from this area, the cutting of the follicles outside this area is under high resolution microscopes which we have installed in our setups in both Delhi and Mumbai. This scar which is closed later with dissolvable sutures remain hidden below your hair which are present in your donor area and closure of this scar is done by the trycophatic technique where in the hair will grow from the edges of the scar making it virtual untraceable after a period of two to three months.

The second technique is follicular unit extraction (FUE) or follicular extraction involves trimming of the head, giving local anaesthesia to the donor area also and punching out the hair follicles 2.7 to 2.8 millimetres punches through our automated fue machines.  These follicles when extracted outside the body are again implanted in the same way as the previous surgery in the slits we are creating. The most important step in any hair transplant surgery whether it is FUT or FUE is slitting wherein we are deciding in which pattern we have to give the hair. The angle, the tilt and direction should suit the patient's head. This is what decides the final result and outcome of the patient. Next video we shall talk about the post-operative management of the hair transplant.

In case if you need to consult me for your hair loss queries and hair transplant queries, you can contact me on Lybrate.

BHMS, DEMS
Homeopath, Pune
I have too much of hairfall and my hair is not growing also plzz suggest me home remedy.
In Homeopathy, a huge number of wonderful medicines are present that are used to tackle hair loss cases. Every kind of hair loss (ranging from hair loss due to anemia / nutritional deficiencies, due to skin disorders, due to mental / physical trauma, due to childbirth or menopause, after acute diseases, to alopecia areata, alopecia totalis or androgenetic alopecia) can be treated with the help of well selected homeopathic medicines. Hair loss is due to dietary deficiency, hormonal imbalance, stress, strong chemical effects, styling tools, dandruff.
Remove these causes first and also follow these steps:-
1. For hair growth eat healthy diet.
2. Include protein rich diet. Soya food, protein shakes, beans, pulses are good for hair. 3. Nuts are good source of omega 3 and fiber. Its also good for hair. 4. Drink lots of water. 5. Start herbal tea or green tea. Its good for hair growth. 6. If you are non veg then its also good for hair. Protein helps in fast growth of hair and also prevent hair fall. 7. Take all dairy products. 8. You can apply curd on hair before head bath. After that wash hair with normal shampoo and apply conditioner. 9. You can use homoeopathic oil arnica hair oil. A good head massage is also helpful. 10. Avoid using strong chemicals and heating tools. Also avoid hair colouring. Use heena and amla for grey hair. If you want medicine revert back.

I am suffering from hair Gallo. Solution to this problem. It will be helpful. Does it occur from type of water.
Follow these best methods for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Repeated itching in genital area and under strap of underwear. Kindly advice for permanent treatment.
With your name the gender shown is male. So I am advicing it for male genital area itching. It can be due to many reasons like unhygienic conditions, wearing tight clothings, fungal infections, ringworms, or infection due to taenia cruruis, scabies, with infected linens, towels, toilets or clothes, or due to any sexually transmitted disease. So for this the proper diagnosis is to be made after seeing the lesions or the infection. So consult a good homeopathic doctor. N for my opinion contact me.
