I'm under intense workout for last 4months and reduced 10Kg weight.
But I feel tired all day.
Can you help me.
Basically loosing too much weight can lead to loss of energy. Don't worry eat 6 small yet healthy meals a day. Make sure you drink atleast 3 litres of water. You can take some electrolytes if you feel too tired.

Sodium contributes to water retention, making you look and feel bloated. Do you eat too much salt? Probably — the daily value suggests no more than 2,400 milligrams of sodium each day (or about one teaspoon), but most of us are getting more than twice that amount. So keep an eye on your sodium intake, and that doesn't just mean ditching the saltshaker. Hidden sources include soups, canned foods and drinks (did you know a serving of regular V8 juice has 800 mg of sodium?), salty snacks such as chips and pretzels and many prepackaged foods.

Low sperm count is one of the leading causes of infertility in men. Low sperm count refers to an unhealthy condition that some men experience when they do not have appreciable amount of sperm cells in their semen. Having a low sperm count decreases the odds that one of a man’s sperm will fertilize his partner’s ovum, resulting in pregnancy. The causes of low sperm count are, but not limited to: • Smoking • Exposure of the scrotum to excess heat • Stress • Lack of semen ejaculation • Hereditary factors • Obesity • Some STDs • Some certain drugs and antibiotics that attack the sperm cells • Hormonal problems and • Unbalanced diets. Practise healthful dietary habits: • Chew longer and slowly. It is a proven fact that taking time to chew all foods carefully, slower and longer will reduce the amount of food consumed, thus fewer calories. • Do not eat between meals. • Avoid anxiety and worry at mealtime, since this unconsciously leads to more consumption. • Do not skip breakfast. Contrary to popular opinions, a solid breakfast prevents obesity, while a light one fosters it. A research study shows that eating a balanced breakfast can help maintain a healthy weight. • Make breakfast and lunch the primary meals of the day, while eliminating supper or reducing it to a salad or a little fruit. Medicenes Vitamin C This is probably the most familiar of all nutrients. It contains collagen for beautiful skin and bones, produces serotonin for proper brain function, protect against free radicals and increase sperm count and increases sperm motility naturally. L-Carnitine L-carnitine is an amino acid (a building block for proteins) that is naturally produced in the body. Vitamin B12 Cobalamin Folic acid (folate) Studies has shown that folate has positive effect on increasing sperm count Zinc Selenium Coenzyme Q10 It is an important antioxidant made in the human body that helps to protect cells from free radical damage, protecting DNA and needed for basic cell function.

Low sex drive in women
A woman's sexual desires naturally fluctuate over the years. Highs and lows commonly coincide with the beginning or end of a relationship or with major life changes, such as pregnancy, menopause or illness. Some antidepressants and anti-seizure medications also can cause low sex drive in women.
If you have a persistent or recurrent lack of interest in sex that causes you personal distress, you may have hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
But you don't have to meet this medical definition to seek help. If you are bothered by a low sex drive or decreased sex drive, there are lifestyle changes and sex techniques that may put you in the mood more often. Some medications may offer promise as well.
Symptom
If you want to have sex less often than your partner does, neither one of you is necessarily outside the norm for people at your stage in life — although your differences may cause distress.
Similarly, even if your sex drive is weaker than it once was, your relationship may be stronger than ever. Bottom line: There is no magic number to define low sex drive. It varies from woman to woman.
Some signs and symptoms that may indicate a low sex drive include a woman who:
Has no interest in any type of sexual activity, including masturbation Doesn't have sexual fantasies or thoughts, or only seldom has them is bothered by her lack of sexual activity or fantasies

Causes
A woman's desire for sex is based on a complex interaction of many components affecting intimacy, including physical well-being, emotional well-being, experiences, beliefs, lifestyle and current relationship. If you're experiencing a problem in any of these areas, it can affect your sexual desire.

Physical causes
A wide range of illnesses, physical changes and medications can cause a low sex drive, including:
Sexual problems. If you experience pain during sex or an inability to orgasm, it can hamper your desire for sex.Medical diseases. Numerous nonsexual diseases can also affect desire for sex, including arthritis, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease and neurological diseases.Medications. Many prescription medications — including some antidepressants and anti-seizure medications — are notorious libido killers.Lifestyle habits. A glass of wine may make you feel amorous, but too much alcohol can spoil your sex drive; the same is true of street drugs. And smoking decreases blood flow, which may dampen arousal.Surgery. Any surgery related to your breasts or your genital tract can affect your body image, sexual function and desire for sex.Fatigue. Exhaustion from caring for young children or aging parents can contribute to low sex drive. Fatigue from illness or surgery also can play a role in a low sex drive.

Hormone changes
Changes in your hormone levels may alter your desire for sex. This can occur during:
Menopause. Estrogen levels drop during the transition to menopause. This can cause
decreased interest in sex and dryer vaginal tissues, resulting in painful or uncomfortable sex.
At the same time, women may also experience a decrease in testosterone — a hormone that boosts sex drive in men and women alike —which may lead to decreased libido. Although many women continue to have satisfying sex during menopause and beyond, some women experience a lagging libido during this hormonal change.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding.Hormone changes during pregnancy, just after having a baby and during breast-feeding can put a damper on sex drive. Of course, hormones aren't the only factor affecting intimacy during these times. Fatigue, changes in body image, and the pressures of pregnancy or caring for a new baby can all contribute to changes in your sexual desire.
Psychological causes
Your problems don't have to be physical or biological to be real. There are many psychological causes of low sex drive, including:
Mental health problems, such as anxiety or depressionStress, such as financial stress or work stressPoor body imageLow self-esteemHistory of physical or sexual abusePrevious negative sexual experiences

Relationship issues
For many women, emotional closeness is an essential prelude to sexual intimacy. So problems in your relationship can be a major factor in low sex drive. Decreased interest in sex is often a result of ongoing issues, such as:
Lack of connection with your partnerUnresolved conflicts or fightsPoor communication
of sexual needs and preferencesInfidelity or breach of trust

Tests and diagnosis
By definition, you may be diagnosed with hypoactive sexual desire disorder if you frequently lack sexual thoughts or desire, and the absence of these feelings causes you personal distress. Whether you fit this medical diagnosis or not, your doctor can look for reasons that your sex drive isn't as high as you'd like and find ways to help.

In addition to asking you questions about your medical history, your doctor may also:
Perform a pelvic exam. During a pelvic exam, your doctor can check for signs of physical changes contributing to low sexual desire, such as thinning of your genital tissues, vaginal dryness or pain-triggering spots.
Recommend testing. Your doctor may order blood tests to check hormone levels and
look for evidence of thyroid problems, diabetes, high cholesterol and liver disorders.
Thank you
Homoeopathic Treatment can help you better with constitution medicine.

I am 23 old man. My weight is kg. 97 kg. Tell me how to reduce belly fat and weight?

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda, Gulbarga
Some amount of belly fat is normal, it helps to cushion the bones and organs and provide protection. Well excess fat might become a cause of concern. Don? t worry; you can cut any type of fat by doing exercise and following a strict diet low on carbs. There are a number of reasons for belly fat in teens and adults. Dieting and exercise go hand in hand. If you had thought that only dieting will burn your belly fat, you are wrong. Working out can be quite painful and tiring. Many of you think of skipping it. Some even start going to the gym but ultimately give up, and then all of what you had lost comes right back! the best way to deal with this is to incorporate a simple exercise routine in your schedule. Any queries inform me.

1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication. Please do urine routine test to see if you have a urinary infection, then show me the results.

Hello. The medicines which you took from gym could be steroids, which trend to increase adenaline in your body, causing euphoria and increased work capacity. But it has other effects too, like rise in heart rate, blood pressure, epigastric discomfort. Bone disorption, increase in salt and water retntion. I advise you to discontinue it. Its very rare to get hypertension at your age. Weight bearing exercises are good for muscle strenghthening and bones, breathing exercises for mind, body relaxation, also would of help for controlling your anger.

This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly.
