I was having piles and fissure I did an operation with laprographics surgeons after surgery within a week I started ibs now whatever I eat whenever I eat I need to go for poop I did stool test ut was found with undigested food material and mucus with semi solid stool I did my cbc test its all normal nothing abnormal thing found I did sonography all was normal. I feel tired I get hungry also my medicine is going on but no result is formed I also fell my some stools are renaming to pass and also fell urge all time. Please suggest do I need to go ct scan or n e other test for the same.

Hi, How are you? I have gone through your complaints. You mentioned. You have gone through some surgery, but which surgery that is not mentioned. According to your complaints, You have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Your all reports will be normal. I would like to examine you along with your previous papers & investigations. Mean while, you concentrate on your diet. Avoid Hot spicy, milky good. Bazari no rotlo ane dahi. Good diet. You can take concentrated coffee. Take small quantity frequently. Further advices can be after checking papers. Best of Luck.

Do you get adequate sleep. 6 to 8 hours sleep is a must a night. Take frequent small meals because whenever you are hungry you become irritable. Take at least 2 lts f water everyday. Do pranayam and try yoga to relax yourself. Brisk morning walk or some light exercise. Practice all this for at least a month before you expect some result. Listen to light music.

The sun, wind everything damages and tans it. You need to institute a couple of changes to see a lot of results. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Don't directly spray perfumes on your body. Spray them on your clothes and wear them. Don't use deodorants or roll ons. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap. Hair growth is now a days a top most priority for everyone. Be it of any age group people, everyone wants to have a good volume of hair. Fruits are always been considered as a good source of vitamins and fibre. They help by making scalp and hair roots grow strong. This ensures a proper blood circulation in the scalp that in turn helps in hair growth! Below are few fruits name which are not only beneficial to our health but are also good for hair growth. Gooseberry / Amala: • Adding amla paste or oil in our hair packs conditions the hair to a great extent preventing them from split ends. Dried amla paste helps in opening of the pores helping the scalp to produce natural oils which not only encourages hair re-growth gives extra shine to the hairs. Coconut: Coconut is useful in many ways for our hair and skin. The fats found in coconut, give moisture in hair and condition our hair. Coconut oil is widely used for good hair and scalp massage as it gives relations and also opens up the pores. Even many people use coconut water to wash their hairs. Pomegranates: • Drinking pomegranate juice helps in strengthening hair follicles. Hair loss can be also prevented by using pomegranate extract. Pomegranate seed oil is used in many spas for hair massage. It stimulates hair growth making hair stronger, thick and healthy. • One of the other important benefits of pomogranates is that it helps in combating other hair loss problems such as dandruff, itching etc. Citrus fruits like oranges, lemon: • One of the essential components for hair growth is Vitamin C. Having vitamin C deficiency can make our hairs weak, lustreless, and prone to breakage. It helps in preventing premature greying of the hairs. • Juices of vitamin C-containing fruits help in controlling dandruff. We know how dried peel paste is useful for our skin but very few of us know that dries peel paste can be used in our hair pack too. It cleanses the scalp and works as an excellent conditioner giving the hairs volume and shine. • Some fruits like passion fruit, guava, black currants, bread fruit and kiwi help in promoting hair thickness as well as growth. Bananas: • Bananas contain potassium, so when banana paste is applied to the hairs it softens the hair. Banana paste is used in many hair packs for hair growth, give shine and manageability. • Bananas contain natural oils that help in soften hairs and protect the natural elasticity of the hairs by preventing split ends and breakage. Strawberries: • Strawberry is a good source of important minerals such as copper, manganese and magnesium. These minerals produce complexes that can inhibit fungal growth on the scalp. Avocado: • Avocado contain lots of vital nutrients including important vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, B, C, E, K and iron, copper, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus which is very useful in keeping our skin and hair hydrated. Avocado oil adds shine and lustre to hair as well as prevents hair loss and promoting hair growth. • Simple avocado paste when applied in hair conditions the hair too. Papaya: • Papaya is rich in nutrients which help preventing baldness, and boosts hair-growth giving strengthen to the hairs. Papaya works greatly also for treating and controlling dandruff. Papaya leaf extracts when used as a conditioner on dull, unruly and lifeless hair, it results into thick, strong, shiny and healthy hair.

I have told already. Take three meal first before 10 am ,second arround 2-3 pm ,third arround 8-9 p m. Take full plate salad before each meal. Take 1-2 missi roti without ghee over it. Eat slowly chew well. Take fruits 2 times about 12 and 5-6 pm. Take all fruits except mango, banana,grapes, chikoo, leechi and no fruit juices. You can take badam, akhrot and pista. Ground nut in a limit.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

Dear, Causes of irregular periods are : * Due to Anaemia (low Hb level in body is anemia ) * Due to hormonal imbalance * PCOD * Stress * obesity For making regular your periods these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb . Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes to maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .Start these exercise for 3 to 4 minutes daily then increase time slowly . If you are obese loose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. Stomach pain occurs during periods is due to contraction of muscles of uterus. For take relief follow these methods: * take i/3 rd piece of ginger boil it in one glass of water, when half glass water remain then take it with one teaspoon of ajwayin. * use warm water bottle put it on your stomach area with wrap in the towel. * take rest properly do not do hard work. Do not do running and jogging before 7 days from periods coming date . * Do massage with lukewarm mustard oil around area below stomach and back .
