Dear, First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, this is what we call. Lifestyle disease, quite common amongst the youngsters who work on computers for long hours. You must sit with right posture while working (proper height of the screen, desk as well as your chair with correct back support.) you should interrupt your working for 10 minutes after every 1-1.5 hrs. Also in between close your eyes for few minutes and learn exercises for the back and eyes by a physiotherapist and decrease the brightness of your screen. Take care.

Consumption of counter pain relievers is advisable. A pain killer which reduces inflammation is highly recommendable. Some common ones are ibuprofen and aspirin.

I am suffering from shoulder pain. I hardly can through a cricket ball. After throwing the ball it seems my shoulder ...
Shoulder pain is common in cricket because of the repeated actions of throwing and bowling. The rotator cuff muscles (supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis and teres minor) are small muscles situated around the shoulder joint, which can become damaged due to overuse during cricket. Treatment will usually involve resting the affected shoulder and taking medication to reduce swelling and minimise pain. The shoulder should be rested until it has started to heal; gentle exercises and physiotherapy will help to gradually build strength around the joint and increase flexibility and movement. It is important to allow sufficient rest periods between demanding sessions of physical activity. Exercises and stretches will help to increase flexibility and strength; this will help to prevent injuries in the future. Best wishes.

LOW BACK PAIN PHYSIO BALL EXERCISE DEAR, 1…. The exercise ball is an exercise treatment option for back pain sufferers and is designed to help prevent or minimize further episodes of low back pain as part of a rehabilitation program. The exercise ball is effective in rehabilitation of the back because it strengthens and develops the core body muscles that help tostabilize the spine. With the exercise ball, also called a Swiss ball or physio ball, an element of instability is introduced to the exercise that one would not normally get in a floor exercise. The body responds naturally and automatically to this instability to keep balanced on the exercise ball. Over time, the muscles used to keep in balance on the exercise ball become stronger. In essence, individuals build strength in important back muscles and abdominal muscles without knowing it. •The exercise ball also uses what is called" proprioception, an awareness of where one's hand or foot is in relationship to space. The instability of the exercise ball provides the body with constant opportunities to evaluate its orientation in space, developing and training the body's natural awareness. Enhanced proprioception provides the body with increased balance and stability Simple and versatile way to start moving again after a back pain episode •Improved muscle strength •Greater flexibility and range of motion of the spine •Enhanced balance and coordination of core muscle groups used to stabilize the spine and control proper posture while using the exercise ball, which in turn reduces stress on the low back •Increased tendency to maintain a neutral spine position during exercise •In particular, many Swiss ball exercises are designed to bring movement to the spine in a controlled manner to help keep the discs nourished. Moving the vertebrae helps nourish the discs in the spine by increasing blood flow around the disc and by causing the water to flow in and out of the disc The exercise ball has additional applications in areas such as general fitness, strength or weight training, as well as exercise for pregnant women.

As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Simple Knee Exercies Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. If your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. The best treatment is to undergo kati vasti & tikta ksheera vasti at a panchakarma centre near u. It will cure completely. Till then you can do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.
