*Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

Cold sensitivity can be due to dental decay or abrasion of the teeth. You can use a desensitizing paste for temporary relief. Please consult a dentist and get it diagnosed and then proceed with the appropriate treatment.

Before washing your hair, apply the juice extracted from crushed coriander (dhania) leaves. You can also use a mixture of curd and gram flour (chana atta) that should be kept-on for at least an hour before bathing.

Dear Lybrate user, Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Behavior change and Continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy. I assure you complete cure. Hi! hair loss happens due to various reasons and to treat it correctly the cause has to be known. There are temporary and permanent types of bair loss. You can try taking a multivitamin supplement with iron and zinc for a month to see if it helps. If your hair loss doesnt reduce with this you should consult a trichologist for further investigation as early treatment is the key to successful results in hair loss. Hair follicles once damaged or dead are difficult to be revived back so do not waste much time on trying shampoos or oils instead look for internal causes of hair loss. Have a healthy balanced diet and include sprouts, green tea, almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds and leafy greens in your diet. Avoid red meat, ghee, cheese, butter, smoking, fried food and sweets. Exercise regulary to improve the blood circulation to your scalp.

take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day...take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day....take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water...take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day....apply marichyadi oil on affected part.....take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor....

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Dear, Go for a brisk walk in d morning. Go for meditation to reduce your stress level. Take,plenty of water to eliminate toxins, missing in your office. Go for cycling,swimming,jogging,gardening,skipping. Opt a staircase in stead of a lift. Take,oats and green tea in d breakfast. Cut your meal by 10%,consume sprouts,fruits,salad in the lunch. Devide your meal in three parts,timely. Take,Apple,carrots,sprouts,cheese,milk,pumpkins,bottle gourd,spinach, Avoid,direct sweets,fried,spicy, intake,alcohol,nicotine caffeine ,smoking. Try to avoid long sitting. Walk in between sitting work. Use some home treatment for costipation:. Hot Water Drink around 1 litre hot water on an unfilled stomach. This will cleanse the body thoroughly. Tomatoes Eating raw tomatoes also helps in reducing the belly fat. Ginger Steep water and add ginger to it. Then, add honey and pepper. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Honey helps in dissolving the fat while ginger and pepper will increase the metabolic rate. Mint Add 1 tablespoon honey, a pinch of pepper, and some crushed mint leaves to a cup of hot water. Let it to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink the liquid to get a flat tummy. Mint soothes the abdomen while honey and pepper dissolves the fat and boosts the metabolism. Apple Cider Vinegar Consume apple cider vinegar with your food. It will make your stomach fuller, thereby curbing your appetite.
