Hi I work as a research analyst. So we deal with chemical. In spite of all precautions I sometimes face serious headache on right side. Is this migraine? Please suggest me a solution as it's effect my carrier growth.

Yes that may be migraine. It is precipitated by certain factors like anxiety, stress, loss of sleep, acidity, mental tension etc. Eat light meal drink plenty of water and sleep at least 8 hours daily. Avoid taking stress and do meditation daily.

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

You should try yoga. And have a walk after dinner. Take milk at night. And go sleep after that. Don't engage your self in any work becoz your not getting d sleep. Just switch off d lites and listen slow music of memory. It will definitely help u. Even will take some time but you will succeed. All d best.

10 tips to look after your teeth
Good oral hygiene and regular visits to the dentist will help you maintain healthy teeth and gums.

Here are some tips to help you look after your teeth.

Brush at least twice a day. The best time to brush teeth is after meals. Choose a toothbrush with a small head for better access to back teeth. Soft bristles are kinder on your gums.

Use fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride helps to harden tooth enamel and reduces your risk of decay.

Brush thoroughly. Tooth brushing should take between two and three minutes.

Floss your teeth daily. Use a slow and gentle sawing motion.

Limit acidic drinks like soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices. Food acids soften tooth material and dissolve the minerals in tooth enamel, causing holes (cavities or caries). In severe cases, teeth may be ‘eaten’ right down to the gum.

Limit sugary foods. Bacteria in dental plaque change sugars into acids.

Protect your teeth from injury. Wear a mouthguard or full-face helmet when playing sports.

Try to save a knocked out tooth. If possible, hold the tooth back in place while you seek immediate dental advice. If this is not possible, wrap the tooth in plastic or place it in milk and seek dental advice immediately.

Avoid using your teeth for anything other than chewing food. If you use them to crack nuts, remove bottle tops or rip open packaging, you risk chipping or even breaking your teeth.

See your dentist for regular check-ups. You should also visit your dentist if you have a dental problem such as a toothache or bleeding gums.

Greetings, you require good protein supplements and balanced diet. Also you need to take at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Apply good oil to avoid dryness of the hair.
