Good. You should avoid fast food, alcohol and smoking. Do some exercises like running and outdoor games. Clean your face regularly with a gentle cleanser like clinsure twice a day. To start some medicines, we need to see your condition. You should avoid excessive consumption of milk also. Good luck.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

I had a problem of heart tightness 6 months before than I gone to hospital and I did ever testing according to doctor when the report came ever report is normal sugar no thyroid no BP is 160 to 190 but my TMT report showed positive and the doctor said to do angiogram I did and the report got normal doctor told it would be gastric problem and send me to home after one month gone my problem same than I got to a heart specialist hi told me that it would be IHD so he treat me for 3 months than igot relief of pain than I left the tablets after 3 months now after 2 months the pain is started but not so much and my left shoulder tightness started when it happens my one finger in left arm atomically shake so tell me what to do.

Hi dear angiography is a gold standard test to diagnose blockage in heart but accuracy depends on Dr. to Dr. the amount of dye the doctor is using the clearity of shots he is getting sham angiography on low quality set ups are done in many small town they charge very less but recordings are very poor as you are relieved by cardiac medication I would like to see your angiography reports Dr. would have also given you cd of your angiography there is a second entoity called prizemental angina caused due to spasm in arteries ,if it is not blockage in your case then it can be prizemental angina also but I have to see details of your angiogram before making comment pls do tell angio was done at which centre in which city tx.

To gain weight you should eat at frequent intervals" never skip any meal of the day" avoid junk food. Don't smoke as smoking suppresses appetite. Take healthy diet with enough of good fat, carbs & protein in diet. Include high calorie food items in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, nuts, cheese, yoghurt, sweetened beverages such as cold coffee, shakes. Help yourself with more of nuts & dairy products.

Homoeopathic medicine ALLER AID tab ( BAKSON) chew 1 tab twicedaily POTHOS Q + ECHENESIA AUG Q +TEUCRIUM Q .All 3 medicines of SBL company.30 ML each.Mix all 3 medicine in an empty 100 ml bottle.Now start taking 15 drops from this bottle in 20 ml fresh water 3 time daily. During Emergency attacks of sneezing POLLINOSAN Drops or BOOUME 27 ( BIOFORCE) Drink 5 dropss direct on tongue every 2-3 minutes till sneezing subsides. I am having jock itch problem. I am getting red color spots around that area .whats the problem.
Jock itch is a very common groin rash. Roughly half of jock itch is due to fungus. The remainder is caused by moisture, irritation, and bacterial overgrowth. In most cases, jock itch can be treated at home effectively. You can try the following remedies to get rid of the infection: 1.Apply over-the-counter antifungal cream, powder, or spray to the affected area - our best options include Lamisil, Lotrimin Ultra, and/or Naftin. These are more expensive, but they will get rid of jock itch faster. Prefer Lotrimin Ultra which contains Butenafine Hydrochloride over regular Lotrimin AF which just contains clotrimazole. Studies have shown Butenafine can be faster and more effective than clotrimazole. You can also purchase cheaper creams containing clotrimazole or miconazole. These will take a little longer to work, but they will effectively wipe out jock itch. 2.Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and warm water. 3.Dry the affected area thoroughly after bathing and exercise. 4.Change clothes and undergarments every day. 5.Wear loose cotton clothing. Avoid wearing any clothing that rubs or irritates your crotch. 6.Treat any other fungal infections, such as athlete’s foot. Doing this will decrease the risk for recurrence.

Pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood. Due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. So avoid spicy food, stress less night sleep so take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

Gym requir lot of energy so you need to concentrate on you diet first, take proper diet and in my opinion at least avoid Gym for one month I recommend you to take Tablet Daily(Nutrilite) for Regaining Health after personal consultation this supplement has shown wonderful result

Precautions: do not allow cold to attack/ stay for long if its there. 'Nasya' of appropriate formulation is must. 'Keshya' herbs are known for hair follicles' nourishing action. The extract or decoction should be applied mixed in deep penetrating oils and onion juice (esp blended by gomutra if smell is not the concern). Face cleansing prior to keshya blend application is must. Dry fruits, almonds eating and doing 'sheershasn' is pre requisite. See changes soon.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair.
