Dear lybrate-user. Hair fall has multiple reasons to its credit. Hereditary (Genetic/Familial), Improper diet, Inadequate sleep, Stress, Hard water usage for head bath, Hot water for head bath, Using hair dryer on a regular basis, Associated scalp disorders, Hair colour, Associated medications for any other disorder… Avoid them. Visit a Cosmetologist/Dermatologist for a thorough examination and an adequate prescription. You may be suggested a PRP/Meso/Hair Transplantation (if required).

Dear, in india, we have lack of sex education so people (specially male) used to search their interest search on internet and get confused. Pl. Don't get confused. In general, there is no need to go for circumcision without any medical advice.

You have penis pain at the tip while doing urination. This is not due to shampoo, used for masturbation. This is due to infection in urine. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Don't apply soap or oil on affected part, just wash with tap water properly. Hello- semen is the utmost precious thing in the body which is responsible for internal immunity. The whole life revolves around semen (according to ayurveda), so in any circumstances it can not be wasted. >due to this you are facing these problems. Try these tips- try these tips- 1) avoid eye strain.(computer, video games, reading in dim light, watching tv in dark) 2) avoid fast foods and spicy diet and increase the amount of dairy products in your meals. 3) soak cotton with unboiled cold milk and close your eyes and cover your eyelids with it and relax for ten minutes daily. 4) use 1 tsp trifla powder with warm ghee at bed time.

Young boy your diagnosis seems to be correct. Some medicines are there. But answer me whether do you suffer from any child hood emotional trauma. Try to find out that and discuss on that. Do relaxation exercise. Do meditation regularly.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Dear, Whatever you are eating now, you should probably double it.  If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six.  You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal.  This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry.  500 extra calories a day = 1 extra half kg gained per week.  Whatever you’re eating now, add an additional 1000 calories (spread throughout the day), and you’ll put on 1 kg a week.  Not just any calories though…Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories.  If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats…which brings me to my next point:Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts.  Eat lots of this stuff, all the time.
