It is very common to have muscle twitches. Common causes are fatigue of the muscle or dehydration. Just drink plenty of water and wait and watch. Usually it subsides by itself.

Hello sir, I am 24 years female, I have chicken pox from 11 days. And still did not heal and I dint consult a doctor yet. Rashes are on chest and hands and stomach. Hand exercise dear you can do it easly…………1, Pinch Strengthener This exercise helps strengthen the muscles of your fingers and thumb. It can help you turn keys, open food packages, and use the gas pump more easily. •Pinch a soft foam ball or some putty between the tips of your fingers and your thumb. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on both hands. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damage Finger Lift Use this exercise to help increase the range of motion and flexibility in your fingers. •Place your hand flat, palm down, on a table or other surface. •Gently lift one finger at a time off of the table and then lower it. •You can also lift all your fingers and thumb at once, and then lower. •Repeat eight to 12 times on each han Thumb Extension Strengthening the muscles of your thumbs can help you grab and lift heavy things like cans and bottles. •Put your hand flat on a table. Wrap a rubber band around your hand at the base of your finger joints. •Gently move your thumb away from your fingers as far as you can. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times with both hands. You can do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Thumb Touch This exercise helps increase the range of motion in your thumbs, which helps with activities like picking up your toothbrush, fork and spoon, and pens when you write. •Hold your hand out in front of you, with your wrist straight. •Gently touch your thumb to each of your four fingertips, one at a time, making the shape of an" O. •Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds. it can be fatigue, do some stretching exercises for legs. like hamstring and quadriceps and TA stretch. apply hot pack. take vitamin d3 and calcium medication.

Hello, there are many causes behind backache *any strain or sprain in the muscles or ligaments of the back during lifting of heavy objects is the main cause of the lower back pain. *sitting in the wrong posture for a very long time is another cause. *people suffering from constipation may also suffer from lower back pain. *sometimes sleeping on wrong type of beds can also cause pain in the back. Follow the tips *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

It may be plantar fascits/calcaneumspur. To rule out you need to take x ray. Use soft heel cushion footwear.

I am suffering from heavy neck pain. Mainly on neck sides. And feeling imbalance when moving neck.

You may be suffering from cervical spondylitis which also causes imbalance due to vessel compression in the neck. Get an x ray cervical spine ap and lateral views and serum vitamin d and uric acid levels. Start isometric neck exercises 20 mins 3 times a day ( physiotherapist can teach you) and start tab vertin 16 mgs twice a day for the imbalance. Revert back with investigations.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
