I am very slim so I want looking good then I eat many thing but no effect in my health. So what should I do.
1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

Hi, Never opt for medicine or supplement to lose weight always go for healthy and balanced diet approach so that you don't regains the lost weight easily. If you eat healthy weight loss diet you can surly reduce 18 kg in around 9 months.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello, You can take(if no drug allergy) Tablet Pantocid 40 Mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.. Pain is unusual in eyes. You need to make sure that vision is not affected. You need to visit eye surgeon to rule out any vision threatening problem.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak. For further queries get back to me.

What is the reason behind Tearing from eyes in the night while sleeping and I use systane eye drops for about 2 months.
Tearing of the eye is one of the most prevalent problems observed. Tearing of the eyes has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few common causes: (1) allergy of the eye. It is usually caused by improper eye hygiene. It occurs with symptoms of pricking, itching, irritation, watering, foreign body sensation and discomfort. There is a tendency to rub the eyes with fingers, handkerchief, cloth, etc. This is not a good habit because it tends to transmit lots of virus, bacteria and dust into the eye. Allergy usually presents with symptoms of watering (clear water), redness and itching of the eye. Thus, eye hygiene remains the principal modality of treatment along with eye drops as a supplement. (2) infectious conjunctivitis: this is usually associated with white-yellowish discharge. There may occur associated pain and sensation of itching, pricking, watering and discomfort. If so, it would be a good idea to go and show to an eye specialist in person. (3) foreign body lodged in the eye. This is more commonly associated with people who drive 2 wheeler vehicles without protection. It occurs more commonly in one eye. Foreign bodies that commonly get lodged are eyelashes, insect wings, small insects, dust particles, iron particles (more common with people working in the iron industry) the solution for a foreign body lodged in the eye would be better provided by an eye specialist at the clinic because it would require immediate removal from the eye and appropriate therapy. (4) raised eye pressure: this is a condition known as glaucoma. It is not so common as the previous mentioned conditions. There is usually associated pain in the eyes. It is commonly bilateral (occurs in both eyes). There is usually a positive family history of glaucoma associated in a majority of the cases. (5) inflammation of the covering layers of the eyeball. This is known as" uveitis" it is also a relatively less common condition. There is associated pain. It would require a thorough eye checkup including the retina-thus a good idea would be to visit the eye specialist in person. From the symptoms described by you, it seems more likely to be a case of allergy. Maintaining the precautions and hygiene that I mentioned should probably work well for you. You could also use a lubricant eye drop along with an anti-histamine eye drop. (3-4 times daily) (6) obstruction of the connecting passage between nose and the eye (nasolacrimal duct). This has shown to cause severe watering and tearing. It requires investigation by the eye specialist in person (sac syringing should be done). Likewise, depending upon the result of this test, the treatment should be planned. Systane is good but you might first want to get your eyes checked thoroughly by an eye specialist. Fat-Rich Diet: Intake of animal fat content should not exceed recommended levels because of the increased risk of cholesterol in blood. Instead, one can opt for unsaturated plant fats that are healthy and very helpful for weight gain.

Dental attrition is a type of tooth wear caused by tooth-to-tooth contact,[1] resulting in loss of tooth tissue, usually starting at the incisal or occlusal surfaces. Tooth wear is a physiological process and is commonly seen as a normal part of aging. Advanced and excessive wear and tooth surface loss can be defined as pathological in nature, requiring intervention by a dental practitioner. The pathological wear of the tooth surface can be caused by bruxism, which is clenching and grinding of the teeth. If the attrition is severe, the enamel can be completely worn away leaving underlying dentin exposed, resulting in an increased risk of dental caries and dentin hypersensitivity. It is best to identify pathological attrition at an early stage to prevent unnecessary loss of tooth structure as enamel does not regenerate Prevention[edit] Patient Wearing Occlusal Splint When a diagnosis of bruxism has been confirmed, it is recommended that the patient buy a full-coverage acrylic occlusal splint, such as a Michigan Splint or Tanner appliance, to prevent further bruxism. Patients must be monitored closely, with clinical photographs 6–12 monthly to evaluate if the tooth surface loss is being prevented. Treatment[edit] Cosmetic or functional intervention may be required if tooth surface loss is pathological or if there has been advanced loss of tooth structure.[18] The first stage of treatment involves managing any associated conditions, such as fractured teeth or sharp cusps or incisal edges. These can be resolved by restoring and polishing sharp cusps. Then, desensitizing agents such as topical fluoride varnishes can be applied, and at home desensitising toothpastes recommended. Many restorative options have been proposed, such as direct composite restorations, bonded cast metal restorations, removable partial dentures, orthodontic treatment, crown lengthening procedures and protective splints.[18] The decision to restore the dentition depends on the wants and needs of the patient, the severity of tooth surface loss and whether tooth surface loss is active.[16] The use of adhesive materials to replace lost tooth structure can be performed as a conservative and cost-effective approach before a more permanent solution of crowns or veneers is considered.

Hi lybrate-user, Different people have different perceptions about homeopathy and alopathy. Whatever line of treatment you chose, please stick to it for long and consistently for everything takes its own time. Full benefit of any treatment will come if you combine it with counseling intervention for it is through counseling only will you be able to learn new ways of behaving and being. Until you don't address the root cause of your emorions they will continue to trouble you. So seek help from a good therapist/ Counselor to find the list happiness. As far as diet is concerned- eating healthy foods such as green vegetables, proteins and exercising atleast for an hour daily will help you uplift your mood. You can choose any form of cardio from walking, swimming, playing a sport, yoga, dance. Do whatever you find joy in. All the best!

Acute onset severe back pain in young adults is commonly due to muscle strain. 1.In severe recent onset back pain you need to take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock for 5 days. This will decrease pain and inflammation. 2.Take rest for 3 days but avoid total bed rest. 3. Avoid forward bending and lifting weights. 4. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 5. Start back stretching and core strengthening exercises once pain is decreased. 6. Follow proper ergonomics in daily activities like studying or computer work. 7.If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling or numbness in legs consult immediately.

Hello- white discharge/leucorrhoea is known as shweta pradar in ayurveda and the major cause of it is mal nourishment of the body. As you are underweight you have to take proper care of your diet and your sleep to avoid discharge. 1) avoid spicy diet and increase dairy products in your meals. 2) take a sound sleep of at least 9-10 hour a day. 3) use shesham tree leave bark powder and use it 1/2 tsp twice. 4) wash your vagina with alum (fitkari) water daily.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Avoid exposure to cold, also keep the room temperature warm with heating equipment - avoid cold fluids, have warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup - have a teaspoon of honey with breakfast - do warm salt water gargles at least twice a day - have more of immunity boosting foods like fruits & vegetables, onion, garlic, turmeric in food, also take a vitamin supplement.

Jalara is an expensive medicine. Instead of this you can take diamicron xr 60 once a day. Ayurvedic meds are not fully effective hence I would suggest you to stick to allopathy meds.
