I want a diet chart to lose weight without any weakness. I am doing night shift job 5: 30 pm to 3 am. After that 3 am to 4 am I go for gym directly in office only. I am having tropicana cranberry juice daily around 350 ml. Kindly suggest me what to eat and what not to eat. Also let me know about spice which are harmful to me. I am very disappointed with my health. Around 2011 I was suffered from food poison. After that I started gaining weight suddenly. At that time I was around 55 - 60 kg. And now I am 88 kg. please help me out. I want to be around 65 - 70 kg.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Hi mohit, dark circles can happen because of tension, worries or anxiety; vitamin or calcium deficiency; lack of sleep; over exertion of eyes or even because of some vision problem. You need to identify the problem in your case and solve it in order to reduce the dark circles. Along with it you can apply eyez 20 gel around your eyes at bed time.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals . 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits 6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 10 gm of jiggery after meals. B) take 2 tablets of vaatgajankush rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with 1 tsf of honey. C) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs. Leave it for 30-45 minutes. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective.

-if you stop over eating (that we normally do, unknowingly) and eat a little less than what you take in the plate, it will work for the belly. (cut down your portion from each meal.) - take nutritional food, more fiber, avoid empty calories. -drink warm water instead of cold -replace your snack with boiled egg/fruit/ roasted seeds or dal etc. -take more protein rich diet if you work out. -take early dinner. -do some exercise for 30 minutes atleast.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

As such there is no cure for such problem but I recommend you one home remedy which may help you out. Apply COW GHEE daily at night and give a little massage on it. Apply for next 6 months. Dr. Rohit.

I am 21 years old my blood pressure showed 139 and something 2 times after getting my bp checked at a doctor. He scared me alot by saying stuff like I should lose 10 kgs (im 75 right now) but he says I can not jog, I can not even walk or I might even get a heart attack then how am I supposed to lose any weight? My simple question is can my high blood pressure be cured totally after a certain period of time if I follow certain steps and medications? Yes or no just a simple answer I need.

Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3.
