I am facing problem with low memory power how to solve this problem please tell solution.

With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, physical exercise is a must, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. Recently they have discovered that moderate consumption of red wine and peanuts do help.

I Am suffering from corn eye on my left foot of the last 2 month. Can you suggest me what should I do for treatment ?

Corn is due to undue pressure on pressure points of foot develop from an improper walking motion, but most are caused by ill-fitting shoes it can be resolved by corn cap available that can be advised after physical examination.

Headache can be due to multiple reasons. High blood pressure/ Problems of near or distant vision. Not using spectacles/ change required in glasses power. Nose/ ear / Throat infection/ Sinus infection/Tooth infection.Some time there can be brain tumour. For Treatment of specific cause of disease, consult your doctor. However Rest/ Steam inhalation/ applying Balm on fore head/ Tea /Coffee may help. Over the counter Pain killer after food can be tried.

Dear you need not take any protein supplement , because as a vegetarian the Natural food protein we take in our food it self is more than sufficient .Daily at least simple walking is the best exercise is sufficient for you.OK

Usually women have more sex drive than male but it need it shouldn't be an obsession and based on the comfortability of your spouse it you need to have it on the desires of both but shouldn't compel him to have it when he is not comfortable. Try to make up your mind and convince your husband about your desires and seek him to fulfill him when he is Ok but don't compel him.

There is too much stress getting transferred to your knees because of your body weight. Reduce your body weight. Do brisk walking atleast 1 hour a day. If you recently added weight, get a physician opinion and tests to rule out hormonal problems.

Actually I can't sleep properly at night what can I do so I can sleep at night instead of day time?

Dear , if you do not feel tired in day time, you may avoid sleeping during day time or take a short sleep to get sufficient energy to work or study till the night. It is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day. The following tips help one to easily get into sleep: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. G) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. H) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). I) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks from our rich vedic literature. You may stream audio music and talks. J) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process, such as from our rich oldest vedic literature.

I have this problem of bad breath for 9-10 years. When I first visited a dentist 6 years ago, he found no problem and suggested me medicated toothpaste, mouthwash and some medicine for 1 month. Problem didn't go. And 2 years ago, when I visited another dentist, he found I have little bit power so he did cleaning of my teeth and gum and assured me that I won't have the problem. But now my wife says that I still have the bad breath. How can I cure it completely.

If you are facing this problem since 9-10 years then you should go for scaling once in six months. Along with that you can use tongue cleaner after toothbrushing, flossing of teeth, mouthwash twice daily. Drink plenty of water as in absence /less saliva, bacteria will be more active so always advisable to do brushing n mouthwash in night.

I am suffering from severe abdominal pain and over bleeding during my menstrual period. Wht cam I do?

Hello, Here are some tips to help you get rid of your problem: 1. It is good to avoid fried, sour and protein rich foods in the last week of the menstrual cycle. 2. Eat fish as it contains omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in easing contractions during menstruation 3. Avoid eating dairy products, meat and poultry 4. Maintain healthy and nutritious diet and perform yoga to help you stay away from problems 5. If you are suffering from anemia, you should take food rich in iron 6. Avoid vegetables like potato, eggplant, yellow pumpkin and try to concentrate on consuming drumsticks, papaya, white pumpkin, snake guard, cucumber and bitter guard 7. When you experience pain, you can help reduce the pain by giving the area hot treatment. 8. Drinking plenty of water and herbal tea also helps reduce pain and problems faced during menstrual periods. You can also perform yoga and some cardiovascular exercises that will help you get rid of these cramps. Last but not the least; take as much rest as possible. This will help you keep your menstruation under control. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Mag. Phos. 6x/ 5 tablets to be dissolved in ½ cup of water after every 2 hrly. Till the pain lasts. For Excessive bleeding during menses: Take Hamamelis Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water every 2 hrly during the menses. And for rest of days, take Five Phos. And Alfaalfa tonic. Take them thrice daily for 4 weeks and revert me back. Even after taking these medication, if there is no relief in the sufferings, need to get an ultrasound (pelvis) done.

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.
