Ok avoid long sitting and toward bending tk break between work. Tk heat fermentation twice a day and tk rest if it work then ok other wise tk physiotherapy treatment and stretching exercise in daily routine it will help you.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretchingtowel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. To loose weight: step 1-stop taking sugar & fat e. G. Ghee/fried stuff. Step 2 take a plate of salad before meals reduce no. Of chapatti gradually. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

According your age deficiency of vit d and calcium levels so do test that's are reason of joint pain. Back pain due to overstrain activity like toward bending, lifting heavyweight, long sitting, continuous work long standing bad posture, different reason possible so tk rest and do heat fermentation twice a day I avoid all strain full activity. Spine strength exercise must if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

I am 74 yrs old while sitting on chair or by downing legs anywhere, I got swelling on lower portion off both legs. Is there anyh remediy. I take aquadize tab, but sometime it is normal, again it deveelopes.

Rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem pain & swelling in legs is a common condition. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Some times she maybe a cervical spondylosis patient, if so please take prasarinyadi kwatham twice daily with one tab yogarajaguggulu before food, cap cervilon two cap twice daily, cap orthonil one cap thrice daily after food and apply cheri ya narayana taila on the affected area for one hour.

Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in a bowl & cold water in another & dip your hands upto the wrist in hot water for 3min then in cold for 1min, keep repeating for 20min, twice daily. Do wrist & hand stretchings

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Check your sugar levels immediately. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

Please find out what is the cause for that pain. 1. Take out one x-ray of back bones. 2. Maintain errect posture always. 3. Do some exercises which relaxes your back bones and muscles. 4. Take yogaraja guggulu 2-0-2 after food. 5. Apply narayana taila daily once. Do consult after x-ray report.

Hi, back pain at your age is generally postural. Please ensure that you are sitting erect I office as well as home. We generally notice a slouch when the person is working on the computer, doing a desk job, or watching tv. If it still persists, get a vitamin d 3 levels checked. If fine, consult a orthopaed or homoeo doc.

I am a 26 year old male. Lately I've been feeling unhappy, I have a good paying job, a good girlfriend, family but despite all this I don't feel the energy and happiness I used to feel. My mind is on a constant thinking mode and it never stops, I don't sleep well I don't feel like eating much (less than how it used to be earlier). Hi, Its is advised you show yourself to a psychiatrist your symptoms point out towards mild depression and it has nothing to do with having everything going perfect in life. It can happen to anyone just like BP, Sugar etc. The earlier its treated the better it is. Apart from that consult a psychologist for psychotherapy who will help you to manage your stress as a result of depression. I would like you to practice Mindful Breathing The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them. Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing. Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing. Practice it daily 15 minutes morning evening or whenever your consciousness is clouded with thoughts.
